We discuss the formulation of cosmological topologically massive (simple) supergravity theory in three-dimensional Riemann-Cartan space-times. We use the language of exterior differential forms and the properties of Majorana spinors on 3-dimensional space-times to explicitly demonstrate the local supersymmetry of the action density involved. Coupled field equations that are complete in both of their bosonic and fermionic sectors are derived by a first order variational principle subject to a torsion-constraint imposed by the method of Lagrange multipliers. We compare these field equations with the partial results given in the literature using a second order variational formalism.

Cubic Galileon massive gravity is a development of de Rham-Gabadadze-Tolly (dRGT) massive gravity theory is which the space of the Stueckelberg field is broken. We consider the cubic Galileon term as a scalar field coupled to the graviton filed. We p resent a detailed study of the cosmological aspects of this theory of gravity. We analyze self-accelerating solutions of the background equations of motion to explain the accelerated expansion of the Universe. Exploiting the latest Union2 Type Ia Supernovea (SNIa) dataset, which consists of 557 SNIa, we show that cubic Galileon massive gravity theory is consistent with the observations. We also examine the tensor perturbations within the framework of this model and find an expression for the dispersion relation of gravitational waves, and show that it is consistent with the observational results.
We compute the one-loop beta functions of the cosmological constant, Newtons constant and the topological mass in topologically massive supergravity in three dimensions. We use a variant of the proper time method supplemented by a simple choice of cu toff function. We find that the dimensionless coefficient of the Chern-Simons term, $ u$, has vanishing beta function. The flow of the cosmological constant and Newtons constant depends on $ u$; we study analytically the structure of the flow and its fixed points in the limits of small and large $ u$.

Suppose that the early Universe starts with a quantum spacetime originated cosmological $Lambda$-term at the Planck scale $M_{rm pl}$. The cosmological energy density $rho_{_{_Lambda}}$ drives inflation and simultaneously reduces its value to create the matter-energy density $rho_{_{_M}}$ via the continuous pair productions of massive fermions and antifermions. The decreasing $rho_{_{_Lambda}}$ and increasing $rho_{_{_M}}$, in turn, slows down the inflation to its end when the pair production rate $Gamma_M$ is larger than the Hubble rate $H$. The density $rho_{_{_Lambda}}$ and Hubble rate $H$ are uniquely determined by two independent equations from the Einstein equation and energy conservation law, besides the $rho_{_{_M}}$ is determined by pair productions. As a result, inflation naturally appears and theoretical results agree with Planck 2018 observations. Suppose that the reheating efficiently converts $rho_{_{_Lambda}}$ to $rho_{_{_M}}gg rho_{_{_Lambda}}$ accounting for the most relevant Universe mass, and some massive pairs decay to relativistic particles of energy density $rho_{_{_R}}$ starting the hot Big Bang. The back reaction $rho_{_{_M}}leftrightarrow Hleftrightarrow rho_{_{_Lambda}}$ is weak but continues. As a consequence, $rho_{_Lambda}$ closely tracks down $rho_{_R}$ from the reheating end up to the radiation-matter equilibrium, then it varies very slowly, $rho_{_Lambda}propto$ constant, due to the transition from radiation dominant epoch to matter dominant epoch. Therefore the cosmic coincidence problem can be possibly avoided.
We find the general fully non-linear solution of topologically massive supergravity admitting a Killing spinor. It is of plane-wave type, with a null Killing vector field. Conversely, we show that all solutions with a null Killing vector are supersym metric for one or the other choice of sign for the Chern-Simons coupling constant mu. If mu does not take the critical value mu=pm 1, these solutions are asymptotically regular on a Poincare patch, but do not admit a smooth global compactification with boundary S^1timesR. In the critical case, the solutions have a logarithmic singularity on the boundary of the Poincare patch. We derive a Nester-Witten identity, which allows us to identify the associated charges, but we conclude that the presence of the Chern-Simons term prevents us from making a statement about their positivity. The Nester-Witten procedure is applied to the BTZ black hole.
We find a new homogeneous solution to the Einstein-Maxwell equations with a cosmological term. The spacetime manifold is $R times S^3$. The spacetime metric admits a simply transitive isometry group $G = R times SU(2)$ of isometries and is of Petrov type I. The spacetime is geodesically complete and globally hyperbolic. The electromagnetic field is non-null and non-inheriting: it is only invariant with respect to the $SU(2)$ subgroup and is time-dependent in a stationary reference frame.
