We measure the branching fractions for seven $D_{s}^{+}$ two-body decays to pseudo-scalar mesons, by analyzing data collected at $sqrt{s}=4.178sim4.226$ GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. The branching fractions are determined to be $mathcal{B}(D_s^+to K^+eta^{prime})=(2.68pm0.17pm0.17pm0.08)times10^{-3}$, $mathcal{B}(D_s^+toeta^{prime}pi^+)=(37.8pm0.4pm2.1pm1.2)times10^{-3}$, $mathcal{B}(D_s^+to K^+eta)=(1.62pm0.10pm0.03pm0.05)times10^{-3}$, $mathcal{B}(D_s^+toetapi^+)=(17.41pm0.18pm0.27pm0.54)times10^{-3}$, $mathcal{B}(D_s^+to K^+K_S^0)=(15.02pm0.10pm0.27pm0.47)times10^{-3}$, $mathcal{B}(D_s^+to K_S^0pi^+)=(1.109pm0.034pm0.023pm0.035)times10^{-3}$, $mathcal{B}(D_s^+to K^+pi^0)=(0.748pm0.049pm0.018pm0.023)times10^{-3}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical, the second are systematic, and the third are from external input branching fraction of the normalization mode $D_s^+to K^+K^-pi^+$. Precision of our measurements is significantly improved compared with that of the current world average values.

Using a data sample of $e^+e^-$ collision data with an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb$^{-1}$ taken at the center-of-mass energy $sqrt s= 3.773$~GeV with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage rings, we measure the absolute branching fr actions of the two-body hadronic decays $D^+to pi^+pi^0$, $K^+ pi^0$, $pi^+ eta$, $K^+eta$, $pi^+eta^prime$, $K^+eta^prime$, $K_S^0 pi^+$, $K_S^0 K^+$, and $D^0to pi^+ pi^-$, $K^+ K^-$, $K^mp pi^pm$, $K_S^0 pi^0$, $K_S^0 eta$, $K_S^0 eta^prime$. Our results are consistent with previous measurements within uncertainties. Among them, the branching fractions for $D^+topi^+pi^0$, $K^+pi^0$, $pi^+eta$, $pi^+eta^prime$, $K_S^0 pi^+$, $K_S^0 K^+$ and $D^0 to K_S^0 pi^0$, $K_S^0 eta$, $K_S^0 eta^prime$ are determined with improved precision compared to the world average values.

Using data collected near the Ds*+ Ds- peak production energy Ecm = 4170 MeV by the CLEO-c detector, we study the decays of Ds+ mesons to two pseudoscalar mesons. We report on searches for the singly-Cabibbo-suppressed Ds+ decay modes K+ eta, K+ eta, pi+ K0S, K+ pi0, and the isospin-forbidden decay mode Ds+ to pi+ pi0. We normalize with respect to the Cabibbo-favored Ds+ modes pi+ eta, pi+ eta, and K+ K0S, and obtain ratios of branching fractions: Ds+ to K+ eta / Ds+ to pi+ eta = (8.9 +- 1.5 +- 0.4)%, Ds+ to K+ eta / Ds+ to pi+ eta = (4.2 +- 1.3 +- 0.3)%, Ds+ to pi+ K0S / Ds+ to K+ K0S = (8.2 +- 0.9 +- 0.2)%, Ds+ to K+ pi0 / Ds+ to K+ K0S = (5.0 +- 1.2 +- 0.6)%, and Ds+ to pi+ pi0 / Ds+ to K+ K0S < 4.1% at 90% CL, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively.
The branching fractions of D_s meson decays serve to normalize many measurements of processes involving charm quarks. Using 298 /pb of e+ e- collisions recorded at a center of mass energy of 4.17 GeV, we determine absolute branching fractions for eig ht D_s decays with a double tag technique. In particular we determine the branching fraction B(D_s -> K- K+ pi+) = (5.50 +- 0.23 +- 0.16)%, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic respectively. We also provide partial branching fractions for kinematic subsets of the K- K+ pi+ decay mode.
We report new measurements of the branching fraction $cal B(D_s^+to ell^+ u)$, where $ell^+$ is either $mu^+$ or $tau^+(topi^+bar{ u}_tau)$, based on $6.32$ fb$^{-1}$ of electron-positron annihilation data collected by the BESIII experiment at six ce nter-of-mass energy points between $4.178$ GeV and $4.226$ GeV. Simultaneously floating the $D_s^+tomu^+ u_mu$ and $D_s^+totau^+ u_tau$ components yields $cal B(D_s^+to tau^+ u_tau) = (5.21pm0.25pm0.17)times10^{-2}$, $cal B(D_s^+to mu^+ u_mu) = (5.35pm0.13pm0.16)times10^{-3}$, and the ratio of decay widths $R=frac{Gamma(D_s^+to tau^+ u_tau)}{Gamma(D_s^+to mu^+ u_mu)} = 9.73^{+0.61}_{-0.58}pm 0.36$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. No evidence of $CP$ asymmetry is observed in the decay rates $D_s^pmtomu^pm u_mu$ and $D_s^pmtotau^pm u_tau$: $A_{CP}(mu^pm u) = (-1.2pm2.7)%$ and $A_{CP}(tau^pm u) = (+2.9pm4.9)%$. Constraining our measurement to the Standard Model expectation of lepton universality ($R=9.75$), we find the more precise results $cal B(D_s^+to tau^+ u_tau) = (5.22pm0.10pm 0.14)times10^{-2}$ and $A_{CP}(tau^pm u_tau) = (-0.1pm2.1)%$. Combining our results with inputs external to our analysis, we determine the $cto s$ quark mixing matrix element, $D_s^+$ decay constant, and ratio of the decay constants: $|V_{cs}| = 0.973pm0.009pm0.014$, $f_{D^+_s} = 249.9pm2.4pm3.5~text{MeV}$, and $f_{D^+_s}/f_{D^+} = 1.232pm0.035$.
The four decay modes $D^{0}tophipi^{0}$, $D^{0}tophieta$, $D^{+}tophipi^{+}$, and $D^{+}tophi K^{+}$ are studied by using a data sample taken at the centre-of-mass energy $sqrt{s} = 3.773$~GeV~with the BESIII detector, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb$^{-1}$. The branching fractions of the first three decay modes are measured to be ${cal B}(D^{0}tophipi^{0})=(1.168pm0.028pm0.028)times10^{-3}$, ${cal B}(D^{0}tophieta)=(1.81pm0.46pm0.06)times10^{-4}$, and ${cal B}(D^{+}tophipi^{+})=(5.70pm0.05pm0.13)times10^{-3}$, respectively, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. No significant signal is observed of the decay $D^+tophi{K^+}$ and the upper limit of its branching fraction is set for the first time, to be $2.1times10^{-5}$ at the $90%$ confidence level. The ratio of ${cal B}(D^0tophipi^0)$ to $cal B(D^+tophipi^+)$ is calculated to be $(20.49pm0.50pm0.45)%$, which is consistent with the theoretical prediction based on isospin symmetry between these two decay modes.
