First of all, an importance of the LHC and FCC based energy frontier lepton-hadron and photon-hadron colliders is emphasised. Then arguments favoring existence of new heavy isosinglet down-type quarks and vector-like isosinglet or isodoublet leptons are presented, following by historical arguments favoring new (preonic) level of matter. The importance of Super-Charm factory and GeV energy proton linac for Turkey national road map is argued. Finally, several recommendations for ESPP2020 are suggested.

Following a brief review of our contributions to the 2006 European PP Strategy, recent comments on several topics are presented. First of all, it is emphasized that only the simplest version of the fourth chiral generation, namely, minimal SM4 (mSM4) with only one Higgs doublet is in some tension with the recent LHC data on the Higgs boson search. This tension, which follows from the relative strengths of the H --> 4l and Higgs --> {gamma}{gamma} channels, can be naturally resolved if there is a mechanism to enhance the H-->{gamma}{gamma} width (although any charged and heavy particle could enhance the H-{gamma}-{gamma} loop, 2HDM can be given as an example). We then emphasize the possible role of the linac-ring type colliders, especially LHeC (QCD Exploder) and TAC super charm factory. The QCD Explorer will give opportunity to enlighten the origin of the 98.5% portion of the visible universes mass. Especially the {gamma}-nucleus option seems to be very promising for QCD studies. The TAC super charm factory may provide opportunity to investigate the charm physics with statistics well above that of the dedicated runs at Super-B factories. Finally, it is argued that the history of particle physics (and, more generally, the history of the investigation of the fundamental ingredients of the matter), a large number of fundamental particles, an inflation of observable free parameters, and, especially, the mixing of fundamental fermions favor the idea of a new set of fundamental particles at a deeper level. These new particles can be formulated with the preonic or even pre-preonic models.
This paper explores the physics reach of the proton-proton Future Circular Collider (FCC-hh) and of the High-Energy LHC (HE-LHC) for searches of new particles produced in the $s$-channel and decaying to two high-energy leptons, jets (non-tops), tops or W/Z bosons. We discuss the expected discovery potential and exclusion limits for benchmark models predicting new massive particles that result in resonant structures in the invariant mass spectrum. We also present a detailed study of the HE-LHC potential to discriminate among different models, for a $Z$ that could be discovered by the end of High-Luminosity LHC (HL-LHC).
We investigate collider signatures of standard model extensions featuring vector-like leptons and a flavorful scalar sector. Such a framework arises naturally within asymptotically safe model building, which tames the UV behavior of the standard mode l towards the Planck scale and beyond. We focus on values of Yukawa couplings and masses which allow to explain the present data on the muon and electron anomalous magnetic moments. Using a CMS search based on $77.4 , rm{fb}^{-1}$ at the $sqrt{s}=13$ TeV LHC we find that flavorful vector-like leptons are excluded for masses below around $300$ GeV if they are singlets under $SU(2)_L$, and around $800$ GeV if they are doublets. Exploiting the flavor-violating-like decays of the scalars, we design novel null test observables based on opposite sign opposite flavor invariant masses. These multi-lepton distributions allow to signal new physics and to extract mass hierarchies in reach of near-future searches at the LHC and the HL-LHC.

The LHC trigger and data acquisition systems will need significant modifications to operate at the HL-LHC. Due to the increased occupancy of each crossing, Level-1 trigger systems would experience degraded performance of the LHC algorithms presently selecting up to 100 kHz of crossings from the LHC input rate of 40 MHz. The DAQ systems will experience larger event sizes due to greater occupancy and higher channel counts of new detectors. This paper summarizes findings and recommendations to upgrade the LHC experiments trigger and data acquisition systems for operation at the HL-HLC.
We consider supersymmetric extensions of the standard model with a vector-like doublet $(T , B)$ of quarks with charge $2/3$ and $-1/3$, respectively. Compared to non-supersymmetric models, there is a variety of new decay modes for the vector-like qu arks, involving the extra scalars present in supersymmetry. The importance of these new modes, yielding multi-top, multi-bottom and also multi-Higgs signals, is highlighted by the analysis of several benchmark scenarios. We show how the triangles commonly used to represent the branching ratios of the `standard decay modes of the vector-like quarks involving $W$, $Z$ or Higgs bosons can be generalised to include additional channels. We give an example by recasting the limits of a recent heavy quark search for this more general case.
