We review both lattice evidences and theoretical arguments supporting the existence of electric flux tubes in quark-gluon plasma, above the deconfinement transition temperature $T>T_c$. At the end of this comment, we also point out certain questions which still needs to be answered.

Monopole-like objects have been identified in multiple lattice studies, and there is now a significant amount of literature on their importance in phenomenology. Some analytic indications of their role, however, are still missing. The t Hooft-Polyako v monopoles, originally derived in the Georgi-Glashow model, are an important dynamical ingredient in theories with extended supersymmetry ${cal N} = 2,,4$, and help explain the issues related with electric-magnetic duality. There is no such solution in QCD-like theories without scalar fields. However, all of these theories have instantons and their finite-$T$ constituents known as instanton-dyons (or instanton-monopoles). The latter leads to semiclassical partition functions, which for ${cal N} = 2,,4$ theories were shown to be identical (Poisson dual) to the partition function for monopoles. We show how, in a pure gauge theory, the semiclassical instanton-based partition function can also be Poisson-transformed into a partition function, interpreted as the one of moving and rotating monopoles.

Lattice-QCD results provide an opportunity to model, and extrapolate to finite baryon density, the properties of the quark-gluon plasma (QGP). Upon fixing the scale of the thermal coupling constant and vacuum energy to the lattice data, the propertie s of resulting QGP equations of state (EoS) are developed. We show that the physical properties of the dense matter fireball formed in heavy ion collision experiments at CERN-SPS are well described by the QGP-EoS we presented. We also estimate the properties of the fireball formed in early stages of nuclear collision, and argue that QGP formation must be expected down to 40A GeV in central Pb--Pb interactions.
The spectrum of emitted gluons from the process $mathrm{ggrightarrow ggg}$ has been evaluated by relaxing some of the approximations used in earlier works. The formula obtained in the present work has been applied to several physical quantities. A ge neral expression for the dead cone of gluons radiated by virtual partons has been derived. It is observed that the suppression caused by the high virtuality is overwhelmingly large as compared to that on account of conventional dead-cone of heavy quarks.
We evaluate heavy-quark (HQ) transport properties in a Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP) employing interaction potentials extracted from thermal lattice QCD. Within a Brueckner many-body scheme we calculate in-medium T-matrices for charm- and bottom-quark sca ttering off light quarks in the QGP. The interactions are dominated by attractive meson and diquark channels which support bound and resonance states up to temperatures of ~1.5 T_c. We apply pertinent drag and diffusion coefficients (supplemented by perturbative scattering off gluons) in Langevin simulations in an expanding fireball to compute HQ spectra and elliptic flow in sqrt{s_{NN}}=200 GeV Au-Au collisions. We find good agreement with semileptonic electron-decay spectra which supports our nonperturbative computation of the HQ diffusion coefficient, suggestive for a strongly coupled QGP.
Wakes created by a parton moving through a static and infinitely extended quark-gluon plasma are considered. In contrast to former investigations collisions within the quark-gluon plasma are taken into account using a transport theoretical approach ( Boltzmann equation) with a Bhatnagar-Gross-Krook collision term. Within this model it is shown that the wake structure changes significantly compared to the collisionless case.
