In this paper I have given a mathematical model of Cell reprogramming from a different contexts. Here I considered there is a delay in differential regulator rate equations due to intermediate regulators regulations. At first I gave some basic mathematical models by Ferell Jr.[2] of reprogramming and after that I gave mathematical model of cell reprogramming by Mithun Mitra[4]. In the last section I contributed a mathematical model of cell reprogramming from intermediate steps regulations and tried to find the critical point of pluripotent cell.
We present a novel mathematical model of heterogeneous cell proliferation where the total population consists of a subpopulation of slow-proliferating cells and a subpopulation of fast-proliferating cells. The model incorporates two cellular processe
Cells crawling through tissues migrate inside a complex fibrous environment called the extracellular matrix (ECM), which provides signals regulating motility. Here we investigate one such well-known pathway, involving mutually antagonistic signalling
Complete understanding of the mechanisms regulating the proliferation and differentiation that takes place during human immune CD8+ T cell responses is still lacking. Human clinical data is usually limited to blood cell counts, yet the initiation of
We propose a strange-attractor model of tumor growth and metastasis. It is a 4-dimensional spatio-temporal cancer model with strong nonlinear couplings. Even the same type of tumor is different in every patient both in size and appearance, as well as
Cell-based, mathematical modeling of collective cell behavior has become a prominent tool in developmental biology. Cell-based models represent individual cells as single particles or as sets of interconnected particles, and predict the collective ce
