We present in this paper the SOSpin library, which calculates an analytic decomposition of the Yukawa interactions invariant under any SO(2N) group in terms of an SU(N) basis. We make use of the oscillator expansion formalism, where the SO(2N) spinor representations are expressed in terms of creation and annihilation operators of a Grassmann algebra. These noncommutative operators and their products are simulated in SOSpin through the implementation of doubly-linked-list data structures. These data structures were determinant to achieve a higher performance in the simplification of large products of creation and annihilation operators. We illustrate the use of our library with complete examples of how to decompose Yukawa terms invariant under SO(2N) in terms of SU(N) degrees of freedom for N=2 and 5. We further demonstrate, with an example for SO(4), that higher dimensional field-operator terms can also be processed with our library. Finally, we describe the functions available in SOSpin that are made to simplify the writing of spinors and their interactions specifically for SO(10) models.

Renormalizable SO(10) grand unified theories (GUTs), extended by $O(N_g)_F$ family gauge symmetry, generate minimal supersymmetric Standard Model flavour structure dynamically via vacuum expectation values of Yukawon Higgs multiplets. For concrete il lustration and calculability, we work with the fully realistic minimal supersymmetric GUTs based on the $bf{210 oplus {overline{126}}oplus 126} $ GUT Higgs system - which were already parameter counting minimal relative to other realistic models. $SO(10)$ fermion Higgs channels $bf{{overline{126}},10}$($mathbf{120}$) extend to symmetric(antisymmetric) representations of $O(N_g)_F$, while $mathbf{210,126}$ are symmetric. $N_g=3$ dynamical Yukawa generation reduces the matter fermion Yukawas from 15 to 3 (21 to 5) without (with) the $bf{120}$ Higgs. Yukawon GUTs are thus ultraminimal in parameter counting terms. Consistent symmetry breaking is ensured by a hidden sector Bajc-Melfo(BM) superpotential with a pair of symmetric $O(N_g)$ multiplets $phi,S $, of which the latters singlet part $S_s$ breaks supersymmetry and the traceless part $hat S $ furnishes flat directions to cancel the $O(N_g)$ D-term contributions of the visible sector. Novel dark matter candidates linked to flavour symmetry arise from both the BM sector and GUT sector minimal supersymmetric Standard Model singlet pseudo-Goldstones. These relics may be viable light($< 50 $ GeV) cold dark matter as reported by DAMA/LIBRA. In contrast to the new minimal supersymmetric SO(10) grand unified theory (NMSGUT) even sterile neutrinos can appear in certain branches of the flavour symmetry breaking without the tuning of couplings.
We discuss the possibility of unifying in a simple and economical manner the Yukawa couplings of third generation fermions in a non-supersymmetric SO(10) model with an intermediate symmetry breaking, focusing on two possible patterns with intermediat e Pati-Salam and minimal left-right groups. For this purpose, we start with a two Higgs doublet model at the electroweak scale and assume a minimal Yukawa sector at the high energy scales. We first enforce gauge coupling unification at the two-loop level by including the threshold corrections in the renormalisation group running which are generated by the heavy fields that appear at the intermediate symmetry breaking scale. We then study the running of the Yukawa couplings of the top quark, bottom quark and tau lepton at two-loops in these two breaking schemes, when the appropriate matching conditions are imposed. We find that the unification of the third family Yukawa couplings can be achieved while retaining a viable spectrum, provided that the ratio of the vacuum expectation values of the two Higgs doublet fields is large, $tanbeta approx 60$.
HepLib is a C++ Library for computations in High Energy Physics, it works on top of GiNaC, a well-established C++ library used to perform symbolic computations. HepLib combines serval well-known packages to get high efficiency, including Qgraf to gen erate Feynman aptitudes, FORM to perform Dirac/Color matrix related computations, and FIRE or KIRA for integration-by-parts (IBP) reduction. Another core feature of HepLib lies in the numerical evaluation of master integrals using sector decomposition, which is a general method widely used in high-order numerical computation and has been implemented in many public packages in many different languages, and we present another implementation in the language of C++ with many new features. We use GiNaC to handle the symbolic operations, and export the corresponding integrand into an optimized C++ code, that will be compiled internally and linked dynamically, a customizable numerical integrator is selected to perform the numerical integration, while the integrand can be evaluated in different float precisions, including the arbitrary precision supported by MPFR.

The fermion mass textures are discussed in the context of F-theory SU(5) GUT. The tree-level up, down and charged lepton Yukawa couplings are computed in terms of the integrals of overlapping wavefunctions at the intersection points of three matter c urves. All remaining entries in the fermion mass matrices can also be reliably estimated from higher order non-renormalizable Yukawa couplings mediated by heavy string modes and/or Kaluza-Klein states.
We construct walls of mass-deformed K{a}hler nonlinear sigma models on $SO(2N)/U(N)$, by using the moduli matrix formalism and the simple roots of $SO(2N)$. Penetrable walls are observed in the nonlinear sigma models on $SO(2N)/U(N)$ with $N>3$.
