In this paper, we present recent STAR J/$psi$ results. J/$psi$ nuclear modification factors ($R_{AA}$) in Au+Au collisions at $sqrt{s_{NN}} =$ 200, 62.4 and 39 GeV and in U+U collisions at $sqrt{s_{NN}} =$ 193 GeV are measured and compared to different theoretical calculations. We also report J/$psi$ elliptic flow ($v_{2}$) results in Au+Au collisions at $sqrt{s_{NN}} =$ 200 GeV and the first $psi(2S)$ to J/$psi$ ratio measurement in $p+p$ collisions at $sqrt{s} =$ 500 GeV.

In this paper, results on the J/psi cross section and polarization measured via the dielectron decay channel at mid-rapidity in p+p collisions at 200 and 500 GeV in the STAR experiment are discussed. Also, first measurements of the J/psi production a s a function of the charged-particle multiplicity density and of psi(2S) to J/psi ratio at 500 GeV are reported.
We report on new measurements of inclusive J/$psi$ polarization at mid-rapidity in p+p collisions at $sqrt{s}$ = 200 GeV by the STAR experiment at RHIC. The polarization parameters, $lambda_theta$, $lambda_phi$, and $lambda_{thetaphi}$, are measured as a function of transverse momentum ($p_T$) in both the Helicity and Collins-Soper (CS) reference frames within $p_T< 10$ GeV/$C$. Except for $lambda_theta$ in the CS frame at the highest measured $p_T$, all three polarization parameters are consistent with 0 in both reference frames without any strong $p_T$ dependence. Several model calculations are compared with data, and the one using the Color Glass Condensate effective field theory coupled with non-relativistic QCD gives the best overall description of the experimental results, even though other models cannot be ruled out due to experimental uncertainties.

We report results on J/psi-hadron azimuthal angular correlations in 200 GeV p+p collision in the STAR experiment at RHIC. The extracted B-hadron feed-down contribution to inclusive J/psi yield is found to be 10-25% in 4<p_T<12 GeV/c and has no signif icant center-of-mass energy dependence from RHIC to LHC. The p_T spectrum of charged hadron associated with high-p_T J/psi triggers on the away side is found to be consistent with that from di-hadron correlations. J/psi signal from partially produced Au+Au 39 GeV data will also be presented to demonstrate STARs J/psi capability at RHIC low energy run.

The results on J/psi pT spectra in 200 GeV p+p and Au+Au collisions at STAR with pT in the range of 3-10 GeV/c are presented. Nuclear modification factor of high-pT J/psi is found to be consistent with no suppression in peripheral Au+Au collisions an d significantly smaller than unity in central Au+Au collisions. The J/psi elliptic flow is measured to be consistent with no flow at pT < 10 GeV/c in 20-60% Au+Au collisions.

The CP asymmetry predicted by the Standard Model in the decay modes Bs;d -> J/psi eta and Bs -> J/psi phi is very small, and the observation of a sizeable e ect would be a clear indication of new physics beyond the Standard Model. Contrary to the fin al state J/psi phi, the former final state is a CP eigenstate, and therefore complex angular distribution analyses are not necessary for the asymmetry measurement. In this paper, the approaches for the study of these two decay channels are presented.
