Recent CMS searches for di-leptoquark production report local excesses of 2.4$sigma$ in a $eejj$ channel and 2.6$sigma$ in a $ejj$ missing $p_T$ channel. Here, we simultaneously explain both excesses with resonant slepton production in ${mathcal R}-$parity violating supersymmetry (SUSY). We consider resonant slepton production, which decays to a lepton and a chargino/neutralino, followed by three-body decays of the neutralino/chargino via an $mathcal{R}-$parity violating coupling. There are regions of parameter space which are also compatible at the 95% confidence level (CL) with a 2.8$sigma$ $eejj$ excess in a recent CMS $W_R$ search, while being compatible with other direct search constraints. Phase-II of the GERDA neutrinoless double beta decay ($0 ubetabeta$) experiment will probe a sizeable portion of the good-fit region.

We present a calculation of slepton pair production at the LHC at next-to-next-to-leading logarithmic (NNLL) accuracy, matched to approximate next-to-next-to-leading order (aNNLO) QCD corrections. We collect the relevant analytical formulae, discuss the matching of logarithmically enhanced and fixed-order results and describe the transformation of parton densities and hadronic cross sections to and from Mellin space. Numerically, we find a moderate increase of invariant-mass distributions and total cross sections with respect to our previous results at next-to-leading logarithmic (NLL) accuracy matched to next-to-leading order (NLO), and more importantly a further significant reduction of the factorisation and renormalisation scale dependence that stabilises our predictions to the permil level. The dependence on other supersymmetric parameters like squark and gluino masses and sbottom mixing that enter only at NLO is found to be weak, i.e. less than two percent, as expected.
We consider resonant production of sneutrino and slepton at hadronic colliders such as the Tevatron and the LHC within the context of a R-parity violating supersymmetric model. We present next to leading order QCD corrections to total cross sections which originate from both quark- as well as gluon-initiated processes. For couplings involving only the first generation quarks, the K factor at the Tevatron can be as large as 1.5 for a 100 GeV sfermion and falls to nearly 1.1 as the sfermion mass reaches 1 TeV. At the LHC, the variation is between 1.2 and 1.45 for masses less than 2 TeV. While the dependence on the parton density parametrization is found to be mild, this ceases to be true if the strange quark plays a dominant role in the production process. We also study the renormalization and factorization-scale dependence and find it to be less pronounced for the NLO cros sections as compared to the LO. The results obtained in this article are also applicable to resonant production of any color-neutral scalar.
A recent CMS search for the right handed gauge boson $W_R$ reports an interesting deviation from the Standard Model. The search has been conducted in the $eejj$ channel and has shown a 2.8$sigma$ excess around $m_{eejj} sim 2$ TeV. In this work, we e xplain the reported CMS excess with R-parity violating supersymmetry (SUSY). We consider resonant selectron and sneutrino production, followed by the three body decays of the neutralino and chargino via an $mathcal{R}-$parity violating coupling. We fit the excess for slepton masses around 2 TeV. The scenario can further be tested in neutrinoless double beta decay ($0 u beta beta$) experiments. GERDA Phase-II will probe a significant portion of the good-fit parameter space.

We present a precision calculation of the transverse-momentum and invariant-mass distributions for supersymmetric particle pair production at hadron colliders, focusing on Drell-Yan like slepton pair and slepton-sneutrino associated production at the CERN Large Hadron Collider. We implement the joint resummation formalism at the next-to-leading logarithmic accuracy with a process-independent Sudakov form factor, thus ensuring a universal description of soft-gluon emission, and consistently match the obtained result with the pure perturbative result at the first order in the strong coupling constant, i.e. at O(alpha_s). We also implement three different recent parameterizations of non-perturbative effects. Numerically, we give predictions for ~e_R ~e_R^* production and compare the resummed cross section with the perturbative result. The dependence on unphysical scales is found to be reduced, and non-perturbative contributions remain small.
We consider a specific class of events of the SUSY particle production at the LHC without missing p_T. Namely, we discuss the chargino pair production with a further decay into the W-boson and the neutralino when the masses of the chargino and neutra lino differ by 80-90 GeV. In this case, in the final state one has two Ws and missing E_T but no missing P_T. The produced neutralinos are just boosted along Ws. For a demonstration we consider the MSSM with non-universal gaugino masses. In this case, such events are quite probable in the region of parameter space where the lightest chargino and neutralino are mostly gauginos. The excess in the W production cross-section reach about 10 % over the Standard Model background. We demonstrate that the LHC experiments, which presently measure the WW production cross section at the 8 % level can probe chargino mass around 110 GeV within the suggested scenario, which is not accessible via other searches. If the precision of WW cross section measurement at the LHC will achieve the 3 % level, then it would probe chargino masses up to about 150 GeV within the no missing P_T scenario.
