The COMPASS Collaboration at CERN has investigated the reaction $pi^- gamma rightarrow pi^-pi^-pi^+$ embedded in the Primakoff reaction of $190~textrm{GeV}$ pions scattering in the Coulomb field of a lead target, $pi^- text{Pb} rightarrow pi^-pi^-pi^+ text{Pb}$. Exchange of quasi-real photons is selected by isolating the sharp Coulomb peak observed at momentum transfer below $0.001~(text{GeV}/c)^2$. Using a partial-wave analysis the amplitudes and relative phases of the $a_2(1320)$ and $pi_2(1670)$ mesons have been extracted, and the Coulomb and the diffractive contributions have been disentangled. Measuring absolute production cross sections we have determined the radiative width of the $a_2(1320)$ to be $Gamma_0(a_2(1320) rightarrow pigamma) = (358 pm 6_{textrm{stat}} pm 42_{textrm{syst}})~textrm{keV}$. As the first measurement, $Gamma_0(pi_2(1670) rightarrow pigamma) = (181 pm 11_{textrm{stat}} pm 27_{textrm{syst}})~textrm{keV} cdot (textrm{BR}^{textrm{PDG}}_{f_2 pi}/textrm{BR}_{f_2 pi})$ is obtained for the radiative width of the $pi_2(1670)$, where in this analysis the branching ratio $textrm{BR}^{textrm{PDG}}_{f_2 pi}=0.56$ has been used. We compare these values to previous measurements and theoretical predictions.

We studied the radiative muon decay $mu^+ to e^+ ubar{ u}gamma$ by using for the first time an almost fully polarized muon source. We identified a large sample (~13000) of these decays in a total sample of 1.8x10^14 positive muon decays collected in the MEG experiment in the years 2009--2010 and measured the branching ratio B($mu^+ to e^+ ubar{ u}gamma$) = (6.03+-0.14(stat.)+-0.53(sys.))x10^-8 for E_e > 45 MeV and E_{gamma} > 40 MeV, consistent with the Standard Model prediction. The precise measurement of this decay mode provides a basic tool for the timing calibration, a normalization channel, and a strong quality check of the complete MEG experiment in the search for $mu^+ to e^+gamma$ process.
Using 980 ${rm fb}^{-1}$ of data {collected} with the Belle detector operating at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $e^+e^-$ collider, we report the measurements of the masses, and the first measurements of the instrinsic widths, of the $Sigma_c(2455)^+$ an d $Sigma_c(2520)^+$ charmed baryons. We find $M(Sigma_c(2455)^+)-M(Lambda_c^+) = 166.17pm 0.05^{+0.16}_{-0.07} {rm MeV}/c^2$, $Gamma(Sigma_c(2455)^+) = 2.3 pm 0.3 pm 0.3 {rm MeV/c^2}$, $M(Sigma_c(2520)^+)-M(Lambda_c^+) = 230.9 pm 0.5 ^{+0.5}_{-0.1} {rm MeV}/c^2$, and $Gamma(Sigma_c(2520)^+) = 17.2^{+2.3 +3.1}_{-2.1 -0.7} {rm MeV}/c^2$, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. These measurements can be used to test models of the underlying quark structure of the $Sigma_c$ states.

We report branching fraction measurements of four decay modes of the $Lambda_{c}^{+}$ baryon, each of which includes an $eta$ meson and a $Lambda$ baryon in the final state, and all of which are measured relative to the $Lambda_{c}^{+} rightarrow p K ^{-} pi^{+}$ decay mode. The results are based on a $980~mathrm{fb^{-1}}$ data sample collected by the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider. Two decays, $eta Sigma^{0} pi^{+}$ and $Lambda(1670) pi^{+}$, are observed for the first time, while the measurements of the other decay modes, $Lambda_{c}^{+} rightarrow etaLambdapi^{+}$ and $etaSigma(1385)^{+}$, are more precise than those made previously. We obtain $mathcal{B}(Lambda_{c}^{+} rightarrow eta Lambda pi^{+})/mathcal{B}(Lambda_{c}^{+} rightarrow p K^{-} pi^{+})$ = $0.293 pm 0.003 pm 0.014$, $mathcal{B}(Lambda_{c}^{+} rightarrow eta Sigma^{0} pi^{+})/mathcal{B}(Lambda_{c}^{+} rightarrow p K^{-} pi^{+})$ = $0.120 pm 0.006 pm 0.006$, $mathcal{B}(Lambda_{c}^{+} rightarrow Lambda(1670) pi^{+}) times mathcal{B}(Lambda(1670) rightarrow eta Lambda)/mathcal{B}(Lambda_{c}^{+} rightarrow p K^{-} pi^{+})$ = $(5.54 pm 0.29 pm 0.73 ) times 10^{-2}$, and $mathcal{B}(Lambda_{c}^{+} rightarrow eta Sigma(1385)^{+})/mathcal{B}(Lambda_{c}^{+} rightarrow p K^{-} pi^{+})$ = $0.192 pm 0.006 pm 0.016$. The mass and width of the $Lambda(1670)$ are also precisely determined to be $1674.3 pm 0.8 pm 4.9~{rm MeV}/c^{2}$ and $36.1 pm 2.4 pm 4.8~{rm MeV}$, respectively, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively.

It is proposed to use the isomer ionic ground state $^{229m}$Th$^{4+}$ embedded in transparent crystals for precision determination of unknown neutrino parameters. Isolation from solid environment of the proposed nuclear process, along with available experimental techniques of atomic physics, has a great potentiality for further study.
The ratio of the electron and muon widths of the $J/psi$ meson has been measured using direct $J/psi$ decays in the KEDR experiment at the VEPP-4M electron-positron collider. The result $Gamma_{ee}(J/psi)/Gamma_{mumu}(J/psi)=1.0022pm0.0044pm0.0048 (0 .65%)$ is in good agreement with the lepton universality. The experience collected during this analysis will be used for a $J/psi$ lepton width determination with up to 1% accuracy.
