We study odd-parity baryonic resonances with one heavy and three light flavors, dynamically generated by meson-baryon interactions. Special attention is paid to Heavy Quark Spin Symmetry (HQSS), hence pseudoscalar and vector mesons and baryons with J^P = 1/2+ and 3/2+ are considered as constituent hadrons. For the hidden-charm sector (N-c-quarks = N-c-antiquarks = 1), the meson-baryon Lagrangian with Heavy Flavor Symmetry is constructed by a minimal extension of the SU(3) Weinberg-Tomozawa (WT) Lagrangian to fulfill HQSS, such that not new parameters are needed. This interaction can be presented in different formal ways: as a Field Lagrangian, as Hadron creation-annihilation operators, as SU(6)xHQSS group projectors and as multichannel matrices. The multichannel Bethe-Salpeter equation is solved for odd-parity light baryons, hidden-charm N and Delta and Beauty Baryons (Lambda-b). Results of calculations with this model are shown in comparison with other models and experimental values for baryonic resonances.

We try a global fit of the experimental branching ratios and CP-asymmetries of the charmless $Bto PV$ decays according to QCD factorisation. We find it impossible to reach a satisfactory agreement, the confidence level (CL) of the best fit is smaller than .1 %. The main reason for this failure is the difficulty to accomodate several large experimental branching ratios of the strange channels. Furthermore, experiment was not able to exclude a large direct CP asymmetry in $bar {B^0}torho^+ pi^-$, which is predicted very small by QCD factorisation. Trying a fit with QCD factorisation complemented by a charming-penguin inspired model we reach a best fit which is not excluded by experiment (CL of about 8 %) but is not fully convincing. These negative results must be tempered by the remark that some of the experimental data used are recent and might still evolve significantly.
A peculiar feature, observed in the BaBar data on e+e- -> baryon-antibaryon cross sections, is the non-vanishing cross section at threshold for all these processes. This is the expectation due to the Coulomb enhancement factor acting on a charged fer mion pair. Remarkably, in the case of e+e- -> p-pbar it is found that Coulomb final state interactions largely dominate the cross section at threshold and it turns out a form factor |G(4Mp^2)|~1, as a point-like fermion. Also in the case of e+e- -> Lambda_c-antiLambda_c, as recently measured by Belle for the first time, a point-like behavior is suggested for the charmed charged baryon, being the Lambda_c form factor at threshold |G|~1, even if within a large error. In the case of neutral strange baryons the non-vanishing cross section at threshold is interpreted as a remnant of quark pair Coulomb interaction before the hadronization, taking into account the asymmetry between attractive and repulsive Coulomb factors. Besides strange baryon cross sections are successfully compared to U-spin invariance relationships.
Last two years high energy neutrino data are studied. The two recent tau neutrino double bang candidate are discussed within their detectability, noise and expected rate. The neutrino flavor distribution mainly favoring equal electron and muon presen ce, is reminded. The angular distribution of highest muon neutrino tracks is analyzed. Their horizontal strong anisotropy and their remarkable up-down asymmetry, with the absence of clustering, is noticed. The main persistent missing of astrophysical X,gamma sources (as GRB and AGN flaring source) and all the above signatures led us to suggest a dominance of prompt charmed (atmospheric) events able to pollute, to smear and to hide any minor astronomical presence.

We use QCD light-cone sum rules to examine the B -> pi pi hadronic matrix element of the current-current operator with c quarks in the penguin topology (``charming penguin) as a potential source of the substantial O(1/m_b) effects. Our results indica te that charming penguins do not generate sizable nonperturbative effects at finite m_b. The same is valid for the penguin contractions of the current-current operators with light quarks. The dominant penguin topology effects are predicted to be O(alpha_s). Still, the nonperturbative effects at finite m_b can accumulate to a visible effect that is illustrated by calculating the CP-asymmetry in the B^0_d -> pi^+ pi^- decay.

We investigate the prospects for discovering a top quark decaying into one light Higgs boson ($h^0$) along with a charm quark ($c$) in top quark pair production at the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC) and future hadron colliers. A general two Higgs d oublet model is adopted to study the signature of flavor changing neutral Higgs (FCNH) interactions with $t to c h^0$, followed by $h^0 to WW^* to ell^+ ell^- + otE_T$, where $h^0$ is the CP-even Higgs boson and $ otE_T$ stands for missing transverse energy from neutrinos. We study the discovery potential for this FCNH signal and physics background from dominant processes with realistic acceptance cuts as well as tagging and mistagging efficiencies. Promising results are found for the LHC running at 13 TeV and 14 TeV center-of-mass energy as well as future pp colliders at 27 TeV and 100 TeV.
