A search for the decay $B^0_srightarrow J/psi K^{*0}$ with $K^{*0} rightarrow K^-pi^+$ is performed with 0.37 fb$^{-1}$ of $pp$ collisions at $sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV collected by the LHCb experiment, finding a $Bs to Jpsi K^-pi^+$ peak of $114 pm 11$ signal events. The $K^-pi^+$ mass spectrum of the candidates in the $B^0_s$ peak is dominated by the $K^{*0}$ contribution. Subtracting the non-resonant $K^-pi^+$ component, the branching fraction of BsJpsiKst is $(4.4_{-0.4}^{+0.5} pm 0.8) times 10^{-5}$, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. A fit to the angular distribution of the decay products yields the Kst polarization fractions $f_L = 0.50 pm 0.08 pm 0.02$ and $f_{||} = 0.19^{+0.10}_{-0.08} pm 0.02$.

An amplitude analysis of the final state structure in the Bs->J/psi K+K- decay mode is performed using 1.0/fb of data collected by the LHCb experiment in 7 TeV center-of-mass energy pp collisions produced by the LHC. A modified Dalitz plot analysis o f the final state is performed using both the invariant mass spectra and the decay angular distributions. Resonant structures are observed in the K+K- mass spectrum as well as a significant non-resonant S-wave contribution. The largest resonant component is the phi(1020), accompanied by f0(980), f2(1525), and four additional resonances. The overall branching fraction is measured to be B(Bs->J/psi K+K-)=(7.70 +/-0.08 +/- 0.39 +/- 0.60)x 10^(-4), where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second systematic, and the third due to the ratio of the number of Bs to B- mesons produced. The mass and width of the f2(1525) are measured to be 1522.2 +/- 2.8^{+5.3}_{-2.0} MeV and 84 +/- 6^{+10}_{-5} MeV, respectively. The final state fractions of the other resonant states are also reported.
The $B_s^0to J/psi K_S^0$ branching fraction is measured in a data sample corresponding to 0.41$fb^{-1}$ of integrated luminosity collected with the LHCb detector at the LHC. This channel is sensitive to the penguin contributions affecting the sin2$b eta$ measurement from $B^0to J/psi K_S^0$ The time-integrated branching fraction is measured to be $BF(B_s^0to J/psi K_S^0)=(1.83pm0.28)times10^{-5}$. This is the most precise measurement to date.
We study the decay B- --> J/psi K- pi+ pi- using 117 million BBbar events collected at the Y(4S) resonance with the BaBar detector at the PEP-II e+ e- asymmetric-energy storage ring. We measure the branching fractions Br(B- --> J/psi K- pi+ pi-) = (1 16 +- 7 (stat.) +- 9(syst.))* 10-5 and Br(B- --> X(3872)K-)* Br (X(3872) --> J/psi pi+ pi-) =(1.28+- 0.41)* 10-5 and find the mass of the X(3872) to be 3873.4 +- 1.4 MeV/c2. We search for the h_c narrow state in the decay B- --> h_c K-, h_c --> J/psi pi+ pi- and for the decay B- --> J/psi D0 pi-, with D0 --> K- pi+. We set the 90% C.L. limits Br(B- --> h_c K-)* Br (h_c --> J/psi pi+ pi-) <3.4 * 10-6 and Br(B- --> J/psi D0 pi-) <5.2 * 10-5.
The angular distribution and differential branching fraction of the decay $B^{0} to K^{*0} mu^{+}mu^{-}$ are studied using a data sample, collected by the LHCb experiment in $pp$ collisions at $sqrt{s}=7,{rm TeV}$, corresponding to an integrated lumi nosity of $1.0,{rm fb}^{-1}$. Several angular observables are measured in bins of the dimuon invariant mass squared, $q^{2}$. A first measurement of the zero-crossing point of the forward-backward asymmetry of the dimuon system is also presented. The zero-crossing point is measured to be $q_{0}^{2} = 4.9 pm 0.9 ,{rm GeV}^{2}/c^{4}$, where the uncertainty is the sum of statistical and systematic uncertainties. The results are consistent with the Standard Model predictions.
An analysis of the decay B0 -> J/psi K*(892)0 is presented using data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0fb^-1, collected in pp collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7TeV with the LHCb detector. The polarisation amplitudes and the co rresponding phases are measured to be |A_{parallel}|^2 = 0.227 +- 0.004 (stat.) +- 0.011 (syst.), |A_{perp}|^2 = 0.201 +- 0.004 (stat.) +- 0.008 (syst.), delta_{parallel} [rad] = -2.94 +- 0.02 (stat.) +- 0.03 (syst.), delta_{perp} [rad] = 2.94 +- 0.02 (stat.) +- 0.02 (syst.). Comparing B0 -> J/psi K*(892)0 and bar{B}0 -> J/psi bar{K}*(892)0 decays, no evidence for direct CP violation is found.
