The neutral kaon system offers a unique possibility to perform fundamental tests of CPT invariance. In this contribution the KLOE prospects for the measurements of CPT violation in the context of the Standard Model Extension are presented together with a full description of the analysis method needed and with the perspective given by the KLOE-2 data-taking campaign.

The status of Lorentz- and CPT-violation searches using measurements of the anomalous magnetic moment of the muon is reviewed. Results from muon g-2 experiments have set the majority of the most stringent limits on Standard- Model Extension Lorentz a nd CPT violation in the muon sector. These limits are consistent with calculations of the level of Standard-Model Extension effects required to account for the current 3.7{sigma} experiment-theory discrepancy in the muons g-2. The prospects for the new Muon g-2 Experiment at Fermilab to improve upon these searches is presented.

The phi-factory DAPHNE offers a possibility to select pure kaon beams, charged and neutral ones. In particular, neutral kaons from phi->KS KL are produced in pairs and the detection of a KS (KL) tags the presence of a KL (KS). This allows to perform precise measurements of kaon properties by means of KLOE detector. Another advantage of a phi-factory consists in fact that the neutral kaon pairs are produced in a pure quantum state (J^(PC) = 1^(--)), which allowsto investigate CP and CPT symmetries via quantum interference effects, as well as the basic principles of quantum mechanics.A review of the most recent results of the KLOE experiment at DAPHNE using pure kaon beams or via quantum interferometry is presented together with prospects for kaon physics at KLOE-2.

The KLOE Collaboration completed the full data taking on March 2006, acquiring 2.5 fb ^ -1 at the peak of the phi and other 240 pb ^ -1 off-peak. A new Collaboration is working on a new project, called KLOE-2, to refine and extend the KLOE physics pr ogram. We present here some preliminary and published results from the KLOE Collaboration on the pseudoscalar eta meson and the study of gamma gamma processes, that are among the main points of the KLOE-2 physics program.

In a few months the KLOE-2 detector is expected to start data taking at the upgraded DA$rm{Phi}$NE $phi$-factory of INFN Laboratori Nazionali di Frascati. It aims to collect 25 fb$^{-1}$ at the $phi(1020)$ peak, and about 5 fb$^{-1}$ in the energy re gion between 1 and 2.5 GeV. We review the status and physics program of the project

The DAFNE collider, located in the Frascati National Laboratories of INFN, has two main rings, where electrons and positrons are stored to collide at a center of mass energy of 1.02 GeV, the phi resonance mass. KLOE-2 experiment is located at the col lider interaction region. The detector is capable to observe and collect data coming from phi decay: charged and neutral kaon pairs, lighter unflavored mesons (eta, eta, f0, a0, omega/rho). In the first half of 2013 the KLOE detector has been upgraded inserting new detector layers in the inner part of the apparatus, around the interaction region in order to improve detector hermeticity and acceptance. The long shutdown has been used to undertake a general consolidation program aimed at improving the DAFNE performances. This contribution presents the phi-factory setup and the achieved performances in terms of beam currents, luminosity and related aspects together with the KLOE-2 physics program, upgrade status report and recent physics results.
