In this work, we comment on two special points in the paper by S. Ghosh [Phys. Rev. D 74, 084019 (2006)]. First of all, the Lagrangian presented by the author does not describe the Magueijo- Smolin model of Doubly Special Relativity since it is equivalent to the Lagrangian of the standard free relativistic particle. We also show that the introduction of noncommutative structures is not relevant to the problem of Lorentz covariance in Ghosh formalism.
A Lorentz-noninvariant modification of the kinematic dispersion law was proposed in [hep-th/0211237], claimed to be derivable from from q-deformed noncommutative theory, and argued to evade ultrahigh energy threshold anomalies (trans-GKZ-cutoff cosmi
We comment on the consistence of the epsilon anti-symmetric tensor adopted in [R. Banerjee and S. Kulkarni, arXiv:0707.2449] when it is generalized in the general case where $sqrt{-g} eq 1$. It is pointed out that the correct non-minimal consistent
In this work quantum physics in noncommutative spacetime is developed. It is based on the work of Doplicher et al. which allows for time-space noncommutativity. The Moyal plane is treated in detail. In the context of noncommutative quantum mechanics,
We comment on Weinbergs interesting analysis of asymptotically safe inflation (arXiv:0911.3165). We find that even if the gravity theory exhibits an ultraviolet fixed point, the energy scale during inflation is way too low to drive the theory close t
Recently in [Phys. Rev. D $99$ $(2019)$ 104010] the non-relativistic Feynman propagator for harmonic oscillator system is presented when the generalized uncertainty principle is employed. In this short comment it is shown that the expression is incorrect. We also derive the correct expression of it.
