There is a statistically significant effect on the elements of strategic intelligence on performance in the studied companies, except for the elements of future vision and motivation.

يتناول البحث دور الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تطوير أداء شركات التأمين الخاصة في الساحل السوري. يوضح البحث أن الذكاء الاستراتيجي يساعد الشركات على تحقيق أهدافها والتفاعل مع بيئتها بمرونة من خلال التنبؤ بالفرص والتهديدات واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة بناءً على المعرفة والتفكير المنظم. يتكون الذكاء الاستراتيجي من عدة عناصر هي: الاستشراف، التفكير المنظم، الرؤية المستقبلية، الدافعية، والشراكة. يهدف البحث إلى تحليل واقع تطبيق هذه العناصر في شركات التأمين الخاصة في الساحل السوري ودراسة العلاقة بينها وبين الأداء. لتحقيق ذلك، تم استخدام استبانة لجمع البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام اختبارات إحصائية مثل اختبار الوسط الحسابي واختبار الارتباط الثنائي واختبار الانحدار المتعدد. توصل الباحث إلى أن الذكاء الاستراتيجي متوفر في الشركات المدروسة بتقييم متوسط، وأن هناك علاقة طردية موجبة بين الذكاء الاستراتيجي والأداء، باستثناء عنصري الرؤية المستقبلية والدافعية. يوصي البحث بزيادة الاهتمام بفروع التأمين المختلفة وتحقيق التوازن في النشاط التأميني، وتدريب العاملين، وتحديث خطط التنفيذ بناءً على نتائج المراقبة، وتحليل المشكلات بشكل شامل، وتشجيع العاملين على المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات وتحمل المسؤولية، وتقديم حوافز تشجيعية، والاهتمام بالتعاون مع منظمات أخرى للاستفادة من خبراتها ومواردها.
