This research aimed to study the role of Transformational Leadership Style in Administrative Creativity on Syrian Commercial Banks in Hama. By identifying the role of transformational leadership dimensions in developing creative abilities for administrative cadres working in the banks under study. In order to achieve the goals of this study, the researchers used the deductive approach. The study used a comprehensive inventory method for workers at the administrative (middle-lower) levels, consisting of (123). The researcher used the questionnaire as a main tool to collect data. The study concluded that there is a significant correlation between transformational leadership in its dimensions (ideal effect, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration) and the development of Administrative Creativity of the employees in the banks under study. تتناول هذه الدراسة دور القيادة التحويلية في تحسين مستوى الروح المعنوية للعاملين في المصارف بمحافظة اللاذقية. تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل أبعاد القيادة التحويلية وتحديد مستوى الروح المعنوية بين العاملين، وكذلك دراسة العلاقة بين القيادة التحويلية وتحسين الروح المعنوية. اعتمدت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 276 موظفًا واستخدمت مقياس القيادة متعددة العوامل (MLQ Form XS) لقياس القيادة التحويلية، ومقياسي Linz et al (2006) والخالدي (2008) لقياس الروح المعنوية. أظهرت النتائج أن القيادات الإدارية في المصارف المدروسة تمارس القيادة التحويلية وأن مستوى الروح المعنوية مرتفع إلى حد ما. كما وجدت الدراسة علاقة إيجابية معنوية بين ممارسة القيادة التحويلية ومستوى الروح المعنوية، وبين التأثير المثالي، والتشجيع الإبداعي، والتحفيز الإلهامي، والاهتمام الفردي ومستوى الروح المعنوية. توصي الدراسة بانتقاء القيادات ذات المهارات الإبداعية، وصياغة خطط واستراتيجيات لإعداد القيادات التحويلية، ودعم السلوكيات التحويلية وعمليات التعلم والأفكار الإبداعية.

This paper deals with the role of marketing in the banking system to increase the competitiveness of the Syrian commercial banks through the study of the relationship between each of the (banking services, pricing, promotion and distribution) and inc reasing the competitiveness of these banks. The objective of this study is to assess the reality of the professional commitment of the employees in the private commercial banks in lattakia Governorate, The researchers identified three types of functional commitment, which included both Affecti ve commitment, Continuance commitment, and Normative commitment.
