A recently developed method for incorporating initial binary correlations into the Kadanoff-Baym equations (KBE) is used to derive a generalized T-matrix approximation for the self-energies. It is shown that the T-matrix obtains additional contributions arising from initial correlations. Using these results and taking the time-diagonal limit of the KBE, a generalized quantum kinetic equation in binary collision approximation is derived. This equation is a far-reaching generalization of Boltzmann-type kinetic equations: it selfconsistently includes memory effects (retardation, off-shell T-matrices) as well as many-particle effects (damping, in-medium T-Matrices) and spin-statistics effects (Pauli-blocking).

To calculate the baryon asymmetry in the baryogenesis via leptogenesis scenario one usually uses Boltzmann equations with transition amplitudes computed in vacuum. However, the hot and dense medium and, potentially, the expansion of the universe can affect the collision terms and hence the generated asymmetry. In this paper we derive the Boltzmann equation in the curved space-time from (first-principle) Kadanoff-Baym equations. As one expects from general considerations, the derived equations are covariant generalizations of the corresponding equations in Minkowski space-time. We find that, after the necessary approximations have been performed, only the left-hand side of the Boltzmann equation depends on the space-time metric. The amplitudes in the collision term on the right--hand side are independent of the metric, which justifies earlier calculations where this has been assumed implicitly. At tree level, the matrix elements coincide with those computed in vacuum. However, the loop contributions involve additional integrals over the the distribution function.
We derive Boltzmann equations for massive spin-1/2 fermions with local and nonlocal collision terms from the Kadanoff--Baym equation in the Schwinger--Keldysh formalism, properly accounting for the spin degrees of freedom. The Boltzmann equations are expressed in terms of matrix-valued spin distribution functions, which are the building blocks for the quasi-classical parts of the Wigner functions. Nonlocal collision terms appear at next-to-leading order in $hbar$ and are sources for the polarization part of the matrix-valued spin distribution functions. The Boltzmann equations for the matrix-valued spin distribution functions pave the way for simulating spin-transport processes involving spin-vorticity couplings from first principles.
The system of nonlinear Langevin equations was obtained by using Hamiltonians operator of two coupling quantum oscillators which are interacting with heat bath. By using the analytical solution of these equations, the analytical expressions for trans port coefficients was found. Generalized Langevin equations and fluctuation-dissipation relations are derived for the case of a nonlinear non-Markovian noise. The explicit expressions for the time-dependent friction and diffusion coefficients are presented for the case of linear couplings in the coordinate between the collective two coupled harmonic oscillators and heat bath.

In this study, we analytically formulated the path integral representation of the conditional probabilities for non-Markovian kinetic processes in terms of the free energy of the thermodynamic system. We carry out analytically the time-fractional kin etic equations for these processes. Thus, in a simple way, we generalize path integral solutions of the Markovian to the non-Markovian cases. We conclude that these pedagogical results can be applied to some physical problems such as the deformed ion channels, internet networks and non-equilibrium phase transition problems.
New exact completely closed homogeneous Generalized Master Equations (GMEs), governing the evolution in time of equilibrium two-time correlation functions for dynamic variables of a subsystem of s particles (s<N) selected from N>>1 particles of a cla ssical many-body system, are obtained These time-convolution and time-convolutionless GMEs differ from the known GMEs (e.g. Nakajima-Zwanzig GME) by absence of inhomogeneous terms containing correlations between all N particles at the initial moment of time and preventing the closed description of s-particles subsystem evolution. Closed homogeneous GMEs describing the subdynamics of fluctuations are obtained by applying a special projection operator to the Liouville equation governing the dynamics of N-particle system. In the linear approximation in the particles density, the linear Generalized Boltzmann equation accounting for initial correlations and valid at all timescales is obtained This equation for a weak inter-particle interaction converts into the generalized linear Landau equation in which the initial correlations are also accounted for. Connection of these equations to the nonlinear Boltzmann and Landau equations are discussed.
