In this paper we study the relation between the light-front (infinite momentum) and rest-frame descriptions of quarkonia. While the former is more convenient for high-energy production, the latter is usually used for the evaluation of charmonium prop erties. In particular, we discuss the dynamics of a relativistically moving system with nonrelativistic internal motion and give relations between rest frame and light-front potentials used for the description of quarkonium states. We consider two approximations, first the small coupling regime, and next the nonperturbative small binding energy approximation. In both cases we get consistent results. Our results could be relevant for the description of final state interactions in a wide class of processes, including quarkonium production on nuclei and plasma. Moreover, they can be extended to the description of final state interactions in the production of weakly bound systems, such as for example the deuteron.
We present a new catalogue of the RATAN-600 multi-frequency measurements for BL Lac objects. The purpose of this catalogue is to compile the BL Lac multi-frequency data that is acquired with the RATAN-600 simultaneously at several frequencies. The BL Lac objects emit a strongly variable and polarized non-thermal radiation across the entire electromagnetic spectrum from radio to gamma-rays and represent about one percent of known AGNs. They belong to the blazar population and differ from other blazars featureless optical spectrum, which sometimes have absorption lines, or have weak and narrow emission lines. One of the most effective ways of studying the physics of BL Lacs is the use of simultaneous multi-frequency data. The multi-frequency broadband radio spectrum was obtained simultaneously with an accuracy of up to 1-2 minutes for four to six frequencies: 1.1, 2.3, 4.8, 7.7, 11.2, and 21.7 GHz. The catalogue is based on the RATAN-600 observations and on the data from: equatorial coordinate and redshift, R-band magnitude, synchrotron peak frequency, SED classes and object type, literature. The present version of the catalogue contains RATAN-600 flux densities measurements over nine years (2006-2014), radio spectra at different epochs, and their parameters for more than 300 BL Lacs objects and candidates. The BL Lacs list is constantly updated with new observational data of RATAN-600.

It is suggested that the propagation of the action potential is accompanied by an axoplasmic pressure pulse propagating in the axoplasm along the axon length. The pressure pulse stretch-modulates voltage-gated Na (Nav) channels embedded in the axon m embrane, causing their accelerated activation and inactivation and increasing peak channel conductance. As a result, the action potential propagates due to mechano-electrical activation of Nav channels by straggling ionic currents and the axoplasmic pressure pulse. The velocity of such propagation is higher than in the classical purely electrical Nav activation mechanism, and it may be close to the velocity of propagation of pressure pulses in the axoplasm. Extracellular Ca ions influxing during the voltage spike, or Ca ions released from intracellular stores, may trigger a mechanism that generates and augments the pressure pulse, thus opposing its viscous decay. The model can potentially explain a number of phenomena that are not contained within the purely electrical Hodgkin-Huxley-type framework: the Meyer-Overton rule for the effectiveness of anesthetics, as well as various mechanical, optical and thermodynamic phenomena accompanying the action potential. It is shown that the velocity of propagation of axoplasmic pressure pulses is close to the measured velocity of the nerve impulse, both in absolute magnitude and in dependence on axon diameter, degree of myelination and temperature.
