The X-ray Navigation and Autonomous position Verification (XNAV) is tested which use the Crab pulsar under the Space Test Program that use starlight refraction. It provide the way that the spacecraft could autonomously determine its position with res pect to an inertial origin. Now we analysis the sensitivity of the exist instrument and the signal process that use radio pulsar navigation and discuss the integrated navigation which use radio pulsar, then give the different navigation mission analysis and design process basically which include the space, the airborne, the ship and the land of the planet or the lunar. Our analysis show that we will have the stability profile (signal-to-noise is 5) that use a 2 meters antenna observe some strong sources of radio pulsar in 36 minutes which based on the todays technology. So the pulsar navigation can give the continuous position in deep space, hat means we can freedom fly successfully in the solar system use celestial navigation that include pulsar and traditional star sensor. It also can less or abolish the dependence to Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) which include GPS, GRONSS, Galileo and BeiDou et al.

Cyclostationary processes are those signals whose have vary almost periodically in statistics. It can give rise to random data whose statistical characteristics vary periodically with time although these processes not periodic functions of time. Inte rmittent pulsar is a special type in pulsar astronomy which have period but not a continuum. The Rotating RAdio TransientS (RRATs) represent a previously unknown population of bursting neutron stars. Cyclical period changes of variables star also can be thought as cyclostationary which are several classes of close binary systems. Quasi-Periodic Oscillations (QPOs) refer to the way the X-ray light from an astronomical object flickers about certain frequencies in high-energy (X-ray) astronomy. I think that all above phenomenon is cyclostationary process. I describe the signal processing of cyclostationary, then discussed that the relation between it and intermittent pulsar, RRATs, cyclical period changes of variables star and QPOs, and give the perspective of finding the cyclostationary source in the transient universe.

Holography is 3D imaging which can record intensity and phase at the same time. The importance of construct hologram is holographic recording and wavefront reconstruction. It is surprised that holography be discovered in study interstellar scintillat ion for pulsar provide a coherent light source recently. I think that is speckle hologram and speckle interference(i.e. intensity interference), and use modern technique which include phased array,CCD, digital signal processing and supercomputer can achieve that digital and computer holography from radio to X-ray astronomy. This means we can use it to image the universe and beyond the limited of telescope for cosmos provide much coherent light from pulsar,maser, black hole to 21cm recombination line. It gives a probe to the medium of near the black hole et al. From those coherent light sources in the sky, we can uncover one different universe that through astronomical quantum observation which use intensity interference.

The traditional celestial navigation system (CNS) is used the moon, stars, and planets as celestial guides. Then the star tracker (i.e. track one star or planet or angle between it) and star sensor (i.e. sense many star simultaneous) be used to deter mine the attitude of the spacecraft. Pulsar navigation also be introduced to CNS. Maser is another interested celestial in radio astronomy which has strong flux density as spectral line. Now we analysis the principle of maser navigation which base on measuring Doppler shift frequency spectra and the feasibility that use the exist instrument. We give the navigation equations of maser-based navigation system and discuss the integrated navigation use maser, then give the perspective in the Milky Way and the intergalatic. Our analysis show that use one meter antenna can achieve tens of meters position accuracy which better than todays star sensor. After integrated with maser navigation, pulsar navigation and star sensor in CNS and inertial navigation system, is it not only increase the reliability and redundancy of navigation or guiding system but also can less or abolish the depend of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) which include GPS, GRONSS, Galileo and BeiDou et al. Maser navigation can give the continuous position in deep space, that means we can freedom fly successfully in the Milky Way which use celestial navigation that include maser, pulsar and traditional star sensor. Maser as nature beacon in the universe will make human freely fly in the space of the Milky Way, even outer of it. That is extraordinary in the human evolution to type III of Kardashev civilizations.

Since mid-2005, a pulsar searching system has been operating at 18 cm on the 25-m radio telescope of Urumqi Observatory. Test observations on known pulsars show that the system can perform the intended task. The prospect of using this system to obser ve 3EG sources and other target searching tasks is discussed.
