In the past, the ship symbolized the marine mechanism that roamed the seas and oceans for the purpose of trade and transportation of people and goods, it has become nowadays in many forms and performs a variety of tasks, which calls for a precise definition.The research deals with the ship as an important and effective element that has a vital role in international maritime commercial transport operations, which has resulted in It has become the backbone of marine navigation. The research reviews the definition of the ship from the point of view of international convention National legislation and international jurisprudence opinions, in addition to shedding light on the legal and subjective nature of the offshore facility, which It gives it a description of the ship, indicating the types of ships and distinguishing it from other similar marine installations. As research aims to clarify the rights contained on the ship from ownership, mortgage and seizure, while specifying the legal position of the ship in the maritime areas subject to sovereignty. The research reached many results, the most important of which are: 1-There is a contradiction between international conventions, national legislation, and international jurisprudence opinions about defining the concept of a ship. 2-The Jamaica Agreement of 1982 divided the sea into different maritime zones. This division resulted in regulating the legal status of the ship while in these areas. 3-Assuming that the ship is a movable property of a special nature, it has become a place because some of the rights contained in the property, such as mortgage, seizure and insurance, are returned to it.

Children constitute a large proportion of the Syrian society, where
each is a child who has not attained the age of eighteen years of age,
according to the Syrian legislation. And exposed by virtue of their
circumstances and the early age at risk
of exploitation, more than
others, and the longer exploitation all take advantage of these
children at the expense of their basic rights, and among the most
important aspects of labor exploitation in the work without a
specific law on the Syrian people.
In this research we addressed the legal system of free zones in
Syria, where we showed the identity of these companies, their
advantages, and their work field. Then, we clarified the legal
provisions which govern the work of these companies in ter
ms
of their legal form, their nationalities, their qualities, their
establishment, and their end. Among the most important
results of the research was that the nature of companies of free
zones was different from the nature of national companies,
where this requires formulating special legal rules that organize
the work of these companies. In fact, the Syrian legislator was
not successful in this regard in the light of the lack of legal
provisions which regulate the work of such companies, where
this may raise confusion between the provisions of these
companies and the other provisions related to the work of
companies in general outside the scope of free zones. The
research concluded with many recommendations, the most
important of which was formulating special legal regulation for
the companies of free zones in terms of their establishment,
nationalities, work, and distinction from other companies in
terms of legal regulation.
This research was divided into two sections: the first topic
was the search for what the future contracts and the definition of
future contracts and their origin and development.
The second topic: dealt with the research in the circulation of
futures contracts, by identifying the dealers in these contracts and
then the stages of implementation.
The process of devolution of power is one of the fundamental
pillars of the establishment of systems of governance, through
peaceful democratic mechanisms which are reflected in the terms
of trade, of free elections based on multi-party.
In order
to achieve the democratic process for power trading by the
Syrian legislature instituted radical reforms in the system of
government manifested in the (2012 constitution and electoral law
No. 5 of 2014 and the Political Parties Law No. 100 of 2011).
This research tried to highlight the role of these reforms by
clarifying the extent of the impact of the electoral system and the
party on the devolution of power process and the role of the new
Syrian political parties in this process.
The study addresses a number of legal issues related to the Syrian position on the
Special Tribunal for Lebanon. First, it represents the legal basis of the Syria position
with regard to the rules of the national law.
The study also addresses a nu
mber of issues and legal questions to the extent of
compliance of this position with international law, and precidents related to the
creation of former international tribunals. It also looks into the issue of consistency
between the Syrian position and the special tribunal’s statute. It raises the question,
based on legal documents issued by the tribunal, on countries’ obligations, including
Syria, to future cooperation with the Tribunal on issues of opening investigations,
extradition and the renunciation of jurisdiction. The study addresses the impact and
legal consequences resulting from these issues through highlighting the tribunal’s
position on these issues and questions.
