Let $G$ be a connected complex semi-simple Lie group and ${mathcal{B}}$ its flag variety. For every positive integer $n$, we introduce a Poisson groupoid over ${mathcal{B}}^n$, called the $n$th total configuration Poisson groupoid of flags of $G$, which contains a family of Poisson sub-groupoids whose total spaces are generalized double Bruhat cells and bases generalized Schubert cells. Certain symplectic leaves of these Poisson sub-groupoids are then shown to be symplectic groupoids over generalized Schubert cells. We also give explicit descriptions of symplectic leaves in three series of Poisson varieties associated to $G$.

The purpose of this paper is to study covariant Poisson structures on the complex Grassmannian obtained as quotients by coisotropic subgroups of the standard Poisson--Lie SU(n). Properties of Poisson quotients allow to describe Poisson embeddings generalizing those obtained in math.SG/9802082.
We introduce Poisson double algebroids, and the equivalent concept of double Lie bialgebroid, which arise as second-order infinitesimal counterparts of Poisson double groupoids. We develop their underlying Lie theory, showing how these objects are related by differentiation and integration. We use these results to revisit Lie 2-bialgebras by means of Poisson double structures.

A relationship between continued fractions and Weyl groupoids of Cartan schemes of rank two is found. This allows to decide easily if a given Cartan scheme of rank two admits a finite root system. We obtain obstructions and sharp bounds for the entries of the Cartan matrices. Key words: Cartan matrix, continued fraction, Nichols algebra, Weyl groupoid

We generalize the notion of weight for Gelfand-Fuks cohomology theory of symplectic vector spaces to the homogeneous Poisson vector spaces, and try some combinatorial approach to Poisson cohomology groups.
We introduce new invariants associated to collections of compact subsets of a symplectic manifold. They are defined through an elementary-looking variational problem involving Poisson brackets. The proof of the non-triviality of these invariants involves various flavors of Floer theory. We present applications to approximation theory on symplectic manifolds and to Hamiltonian dynamics.
