By employing a system of interacting stochastic particles as an approximation of the McKean--Vlasov equation and utilizing classical stochastic analysis tools, namely It^os formula and Kolmogorov--Chentsov continuity theorem, we prove the existence and uniqueness of strong solutions for a broad class of McKean--Vlasov equations. Considering an increasing number of particles in the approximating stochastic particle system, we also prove the $L^p$ strong convergence rate and derive the weak convergence rates using the Kolmogorov backward equation and variations of the stochastic particle system. Our convergence rates were verified by numerical experiments which also indicate that the assumptions made here and in the literature can be relaxed.

In this paper, we consider the averaging principle for a class of McKean-Vlasov stochastic differential equations with slow and fast time-scales. Under some proper assumptions on the coefficients, we first prove that the slow component strongly converges to the solution of the corresponding averaged equation with convergence order $1/3$ using the approach of time discretization. Furthermore, under stronger regularity conditions on the coefficients, we use the technique of Poisson equation to improve the order to $1/2$, which is the optimal order of strong convergence in general.

In this paper, we aim to study the asymptotic behaviour for a class of McKean-Vlasov stochastic partial differential equations with slow and fast time-scales. Using the variational approach and classical Khasminskii time discretization, we show that the slow component strongly converges to the solution of the associated averaged equation. In particular, the corresponding convergence rates are also obtained. The main results can be applied to demonstrate the averaging principle for various McKean-Vlasov nonlinear SPDEs such as stochastic porous media type equation, stochastic $p$-Laplace type equation and also some McKean-Vlasov stochastic differential equations.
We present a simple uniqueness argument for a collection of McKean-Vlasov problems that have seen recent interest. Our first result shows that, in the weak feedback regime, there is global uniqueness for a very general class of random drivers. By weak feedback we mean the case where the contagion parameters are small enough to prevent blow-ups in solutions. Next, we specialise to a Brownian driver and show how the same techniques can be extended to give short-time uniqueness after blow-ups, regardless of the feedback strength. The heart of our approach is a surprisingly simple probabilistic comparison argument that is robust in the sense that it does not ask for any regularity of the solutions.

This note shows how to considerably strengthen the usual mode of convergence of an $n$-particle system to its McKean-Vlasov limit, often known as propagation of chaos, when the volatility coefficient is nondegenerate and involves no interaction term. Notably, the empirical measure converges in a much stronger topology than weak convergence, and any fixed $k$ particles converge in total variation to their limit law as $nrightarrowinfty$. This requires minimal continuity for the drift in both the space and measure variables. The proofs are purely probabilistic and rather short, relying on Girsanovs and Sanovs theorems. Along the way, some modest new existence and uniqueness results for McKean-Vlasov equations are derived.
We consider a class of semilinear Volterra type stochastic evolution equation driven by multiplicative Gaussian noise. The memory kernel, not necessarily analytic, is such that the deterministic linear equation exhibits a parabolic character. Under appropriate Lipschitz-type and linear growth assumptions on the nonlinear terms we show that the unique mild solution is mean-$p$ Holder continuous with values in an appropriate Sobolev space depending on the kernel and the data. In particular, we obtain pathwise space-time (Sobolev-Holder) regularity of the solution together with a maximal type bound on the spatial Sobolev norm. As one of the main technical tools we establish a smoothing property of the derivative of the deterministic evolution operator family.
