Analyzing $Upsilon(nS)$ decays acquired with the CLEO detector operating at the CESR $e^+e^-$ collider, we measure for the first time the product branching fractions ${cal B}[Upsilon(nS)togammachi_{b}((n-1)P_J)] times {cal B}[chi_{b}(n-1)P_J)to X_i]$ for $n=2$ and 3, where $X_i$ denotes, for each $i$, one of the fourteen exclusive light-hadron final states for which we observe significant signals in both $chi_b(1P_J)$ and $chi_b(2P_J)$ decays. We also determine upper limits for the electric dipole (E1) transitions $Upsilon(3S) to gamma chi_b(1P_J)$.

Rare decays of b-hadrons provide high sensitivity to New Physics effects. Several deviations with respect to the Standard Model predictions have been observed in recent years, leading to significant tensions in global fit analyses. It is thus crucial to update the existing measurements and study new decay modes to confirm the pattern. The latest results from LHCb and Belle on radiative, semileptonic penguin, lepton universality and lepton flavour violation decays are presented.
Using samples of 102 million $Upsilon(1S)$ and 158 million $Upsilon(2S)$ events collected with the Belle detector, we study exclusive hadronic decays of these two bottomonium resonances to the three-body final states $phi K^+ K^-$, $omega pi^+ pi^-$ and $K^{ast 0}(892) K^- pi^+ $, and to the two-body Vector-Tensor ($phi f_2(1525)$, $omega f_2(1270)$, $rho a_2(1320)$ and $K^{ast 0}(892) bar{K}_2^{ast 0}(1430) $) and Axial-vector-Pseudoscalar ($K_1(1270)^+ K^-$, $K_1(1400)^+ K^- $ and $b_1(1235)^+ pi^- $) pairs. Signals are observed for the first time in the $Upsilon(1S) to phi K^+ K^-$, $omega pi^+ pi^-$, $K^{ast 0} K^- pi^+$, $K^{ast0} K_2^{ast 0}$ and $Upsilon(2S) to phi K^+ K^-$, $K^{ast 0} K^- pi^+$ decay modes. Branching fractions are determined for all the processes, while 90% confidence level upper limits are established on the branching fractions for the modes with a statistical significance less than $3sigma$. The ratios of the branching fractions of $Upsilon(2S)$ and $Upsilon(1S)$ decays into the same final state are used to test a perturbative QCD prediction for OZI suppressed bottomonium decays.

We search for new charmless decays of neutral $b$--hadrons to pairs of charged hadrons with the upgraded Collider Detector at the Fermilab Tevatron. Using a data sample corresponding to 1 fb$^{-1}$ of integrated luminosity, we report the first observation of the BsKpi decay, with a significance of $8.2sigma$, and measure $BR(BsKpi) = (5.0 pm 0.7stat pm 0.8syst)times 10^{-6}$. We also report the first observation of charmless $b$--baryon decays in the channels Lbppi and LbpK with significances of $6.0sigma$ and $11.5sigma$ respectively, and we measure $BR(Lbppi) = (3.5 pm 0.6stat pm 0.9syst)times 10^{-6}$ and $BR(LbpK) = (5.6 pm 0.8stat pm 1.5syst)times 10^{-6}$. No evidence is found for the decays BdKK and Bspipi, and we set an improved upper limit $BR(Bspipi) < 1.2times 10^{-6}$ at the 90% confidence level. All quoted branching fractions are measured using $BR(BdKpi)$ as a reference.
An analysis of B+ to DK+ and B+ to Dpi+ decays is presented where the D meson is reconstructed in the two-body final states: K+pi-, K+K-, pi+pi- and pi+K-. Using 1.0 fb-1 of LHCb data, measurements of several observables are made including the first observation of the suppressed mode B+ to DK+, D to pi+K-. CP violation in B+ to DK+ decays is observed with 5.8 sigma significance.

We study exclusive chi_c0, chi_c1 and chi_c2 decays to four-hadron final states involving two charged and two neutral mesons: pi^+pi^-pi^0pi^0, K^+K^-pi^0pi^0, pppi^0pi^0, K^+K^-etapi^0, and K^+-pi^-+K^0pi^0o. The chi_c states are produced in radiative decays of 3.08 million psi-prime resonance decays and observed in the CLEO detector. We also measure the largest substructure contributions to the modes pi^+pi^-pi^0pi^0 and K^+-pi^-+K^0pi^0.
