We construct the wave functions in the q-deformed 2d Yang-Mills theory that compute torus correlation functions of affine currents in the VOA associated to a class of 4d $N = 2$ SCFTs. These wave functions are then shown to reduce to the topological correlators of a set of Coulomb branch operators in the $T[SU(N)]$ theory, from which those correlators in the 3d mirror dual of the 4d TN theories can be computed.

We analyse the role of vertex operator algebra and 2d amplitudes from the point of view of the representation theory of infinite dimensional Lie algebras, MacMahon and Ruelle functions. A p-dimensional MacMahon function is the generating function of p-dimensional partitions of integers. These functions can be represented as amplitudes of a two-dimensional c=1 CFT. In this paper we show that p-dimensional MacMahon functions can be rewritten in terms of Ruelle spectral functions, whose spectrum is encoded in the Patterson-Selberg function of three dimensional hyperbolic geometry.
The Schur limit of the superconformal index of four-dimensional $mathcal N=2$ superconformal field theories has been shown to equal the supercharacter of the vacuum module of their associated chiral algebra. Applying localization techniques to the theory suitably put on $S^3times S^1$, we obtain a direct derivation of this fact. We also show that the localization computation can be extended to calculate correlation functions of a subset of local operators, namely of the so-called Schur operators. Such correlators correspond to insertions of chiral algebra fields in the trace-formula computing the supercharacter. As a by-product of our analysis, we show that the standard lore in the localization literature stating that only off-shell supersymmetrically closed observables are amenable to localization, is incomplete, and we demonstrate how insertions of fermionic operators can be incorporated in the computation.
We consider `twin supergravities - pairs of supergravities with $mathcal{N}_+$ and $mathcal{N}_-$ supersymmetries, $mathcal{N}_+>mathcal{N}_-$, with identical bosonic sectors - in the context of tensoring super Yang-Mills multiplets. It is demonstrated that the pairs of twin supergravity theories are related through their left and right super Yang-Mills factors. This procedure generates new theories from old. In particular, the matter coupled $mathcal{N}_-$ twins in $D=3,5,6$ and the $mathcal{N}_-=1$ twins in $D=4$ have not, as far as we are aware, been obtained previously using the double-copy construction, adding to the growing list of double-copy constructible theories. The use of fundamental matter multiplets in the double-copy construction leads us to introduce a bi-fundamental scalar that couples to the well-known bi-adjoint scalar field. It is also shown that certain matter coupled supergravities admit more than one factorisation into left and right super Yang-Mills-matter theories.

It is shown how, starting from a mapping theorem recently proved between massless quartic scalar field theory and Yang-Mills theory, both two-point functions and spectrum of the Yang-Mills theory can be obtained. These results compare very well with respect to lattice computations.

We study a new deformed Hermitian Yang-Mills Flow in the supercritical case. Under the same assumption on the subsolution as Collins-Jacob-Yau cite{cjy2020cjm}, we show the longtime existence and the solution converges to a solution of the deformed Hermitian Yang-Mills equation which was solved by Collins-Jacob-Yau cite{cjy2020cjm} by the continuity method.
