In this paper, we investigate the perturbation for the Moore-Penrose inverse of closed operators on Hilbert spaces. By virtue of a new inner product defined on $H$, we give the expression of the Moore-Penrose inverse $bar{T}^dag$ and the upper bounds of $|bar{T}^dag|$ and $|bar{T}^dag -T^dag|$. These results obtained in this paper extend and improve many related results in this area.

A bounded linear operator $ A$ on a Hilbert space $ mathcal H $ is said to be an $ EP $ (hypo-$ EP $) operator if ranges of $ A $ and $ A^* $ are equal (range of $ A $ is contained in range of $ A^* $) and $ A $ has a closed range. In this paper, we define $EP$ and hypo-$EP$ operators for densely defined closed linear operators on Hilbert spaces and extend results from bounded operator settings to (possibly unbounded) closed operator settings.
We study generalized polar decompositions of densely defined, closed linear operators in Hilbert spaces and provide some applications to relatively (form) bounded and relatively (form) compact perturbations of self-adjoint, normal, and m-sectorial operators.

In this paper, the problems of perturbation and expression for the Moore--Penrose metric generalized inverses of bounded linear operators on Banach spaces are further studied. By means of certain geometric assumptions of Banach spaces, we first give some equivalent conditions for the Moore--Penrose metric generalized inverse of perturbed operator to have the simplest expression $T^M(I+ delta TT^M)^{-1}$. Then, as an application our results, we investigate the stability of some operator equations in Banach spaces under different type perturbations.
A reflexive generalized inverse and the Moore-Penrose inverse are often confused in statistical literature but in fact they have completely different behaviour in case the population covariance matrix is not a multiple of identity. In this paper, we study the spectral properties of a reflexive generalized inverse and of the Moore-Penrose inverse of the sample covariance matrix. The obtained results are used to assess the difference in the asymptotic behaviour of their eigenvalues.
This manuscript introduces a space of functions, termed occupation kernel Hilbert space (OKHS), that operate on collections of signals rather than real or complex functions. To support this new definition, an explicit class of OKHSs is given through the consideration of a reproducing kernel Hilbert space (RKHS). This space enables the definition of nonlocal operators, such as fractional order Liouville operators, as well as spectral decomposition methods for corresponding fractional order dynamical systems. In this manuscript, a fractional order DMD routine is presented, and the details of the finite rank representations are given. Significantly, despite the added theoretical content through the OKHS formulation, the resultant computations only differ slightly from that of occupation kernel DMD methods for integer order systems posed over RKHSs.
