The study development of diffusion flame has special importance in applications and industrial burners. For achieving this aim, a diffusion burner was manufactured from Steel metal and three models of bluffbodies were prepared with different engineering shapes: Diverge inside outside bluff-body, Rods bluff body, and Combined bluff-body. In addition, designing and building of integrated experimental system with group of control systems for supply fuel and air flow are described. On the other hand we prepared system of Schieren Photography and measured length of Diffusion Recirculation flame and obtained good results in field of reaction and diffusion through analyzing Schieren Photography for flame front. The obtained results (Hvorticity =54 mm and Wvorticity= 52.5 mm) result widened stability range of flame front. Effect of vorticity and diffusion was studied of soot free length fraction (SFLF) and considered as an important parameter in industrial applications for burners, leading to reductions in pollution and poisonous gas emission. The results (SFLF=0.2) are achieved for the first time in comparison to results of literature review.
