Cerebrospinal fluid ( CSF ) rhinorrhoea may arise from a variety of
pathologies. There is a high risk of developing meningitis, with all the
associated morbidity and mortality. The diagnosis of (CSF) Rhinorroea
should be established beyond reasona
ble doubt before surgical intervention
is embarked upon. I describe management algorithm witch centers around
the selective use of nasal endoscopy immunofixation of bata 2 Transferrin.
