هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن وجود جراثيم Listeria في لحوم البقر المفرومة و المعدة
للاستهلاك، حيث تم جمع عينات اللحوم من محافظة دمشق و ريفها و القنيطرة و السويداء،
في الفترة بين شباط 2015 و شباط 2016 .
