The intertwining relations between superpartner Hamiltonians are the main ingredients of well known Supersymmetrical Quantum Mechanics (SUSY QM). In the present paper, the generalized form of intertwining is used for investigation of a massless (zero energy) two-dimensional Dirac equation with scalar external potential. This equation is related to the description of graphene and some other materials in the field of external electrostatic potential. The use of modified intertwining relations allows to find analytically solutions for the wave functions in the field of some external scalar potentials which depend on both space coordinates. A few examples of this construction are given explicitly.

The excitations in graphene and some other materials are described by two-dimensional massless Dirac equation with applied external potential of some kind. Solutions of this zero energy equation are built analytically for a wide class of scalar poten tials. In contrast to most publications on analytical solutions of massless two-dimensional Dirac equation, our potentials really depend on both spatial coordinates in some bounded domain. Several examples of such construction are given explicitly.

Split Cooper pair is a natural source for entangled electrons which is a basic ingredient for quantum information in solid state. We report an experiment on a superconductor-graphene double quantum dot (QD) system, in which we observe Cooper pair spl itting (CPS) up to a CPS efficiency of ~ 10%. With bias on both QDs, we are able to detect a positive conductance correlation across the two distinctly decoupled QDs. Furthermore, with bias only on one QD, CPS and elastic co-tunneling can be distinguished by tuning the energy levels of the QDs to be asymmetric or symmetric with respect to the Fermi level in the superconductor.
It is commonly known that the Fokker-Planck equation is exactly solvable only for some particular systems, usually with time-independent drift coefficients. To extend the class of solvable problems, we use the intertwining relations of SUSY Quantum M echanics but in new - asymmetric - form. It turns out that this form is just useful for solution of Fokker-Planck equation. As usual, intertwining provides a partnership between two different systems both described by Fokker-Planck equation. Due to the use of an asymmetric kind of intertwining relations with a suitable ansatz, we managed to obtain a new class of analytically solvable models. What is important, this approach allows us to deal with the drift coefficients depending on both variables, $x,$ and $t.$ An illustrating example of the proposed construction is given explicitly.
We have measured the spin splitting in single-layer and bilayer graphene by means of tilted magnetic field experiments. Applying the Lifshitz-Kosevich formula for the spin-induced decrease of the Shubnikov de Haas amplitudes with increasing tilt angl e we directly determine the product between the carrier cyclotron mass m* and the effective g-factor g* as a function of the charge carrier concentration. Using the cyclotron mass for a single-layer and a bilayer graphene we find an enhanced g-factor g* = 2.7 pm 0.2 for both systems.
The quantum localization in the quantum Hall regime is revisited using Graphene monolayers with accurate measurements of the longitudinal resistivity as a function of temperature and current. We experimentally show for the first time a cross-over fro m Efros-Shklovskii Variable Range Hopping (VRH) conduction regime with Coulomb interactions to a Mott VRH regime without interaction. This occurs at Hall plateau transitions for localization lengths larger than the interaction screening length set by the nearby gate. Measurements of the scaling exponents of the conductance peak widths with both temperature and current give the first validation of the Polyakov-Shklovskii scenario that VRH alone is sufficient to describe conductance in the Quantum Hall regime and that the usual assumption of a metallic conduction regime on conductance peaks is unnecessary.
