This article presents results for the last unknown two-loop contributions to the $Z$-boson partial widths and $Z$-peak cross-section. These are the so-called bosonic electroweak two-loop corrections, where bosonic refers to diagrams without closed fermion loops. Together with the corresponding results for the $Z$-pole asymmetries $A_l, A_b$, which have been presented earlier, this completes the theoretical description of $Z$-boson precision observables at full two-loop precision within the Standard Model. The calculation has been achieved through a combination of different methods: (a) numerical integration of Mellin-Barnes representations with contour rotations and contour shifts to improve convergence; (b) sector decomposition with numerical integration over Feynman parameters; (c) dispersion relations for sub-loop insertions. Numerical results are presented in the form of simple parameterization formulae for the total width, $Gamma_{rm Z}$, partial decay widths $Gamma_{e,mu},Gamma_{tau},Gamma_{ u},Gamma_{u},Gamma_{c},Gamma_{d,s},Gamma_{b}$, branching ratios $R_l,R_c,R_b$ and the hadronic peak cross-section, $sigma_{rm had}^0$. Theoretical intrinsic uncertainties from missing higher orders are also discussed.

In this paper we present the complete two-loop vertex corrections to scalar and pseudo-scalar Higgs boson production for general colour factors for the gauge group ${rm SU(N)}$ in the limit where the top quark mass gets infinite. We derive a general formula for the vertex correction which holds for conserved and non conserved operators. For the conserved operator we take the electromagnetic vertex correction as an example whereas for the non conserved operators we take the two vertex corrections above. Our observations for the structure of the pole terms $1/epsilon^4$, $1/epsilon^3$ and $1/epsilon^2$ in two loop order are the same as made earlier in the literature for electromagnetism. However we also elucidate the origin of the second order single pole term which is equal to the second order singular part of the anomalous dimension plus a universal function which is the same for the quark and the gluon. The next-to-leading-order electroweak corrections to $ppto l^+l^-/bar u u+gamma+X$ production, including all off-shell effects of intermediate Z bosons in the complex-mass scheme, are calculated for LHC energies, revealing the typically expected larg e corrections of tens of percent in the TeV range. Contributions from quark-photon and photon-photon initial states are taken into account as well, but their impact is found to be moderate or small. Moreover, the known next-to-leading-order QCD corrections are reproduced. In order to separate hard photons from jets, both a quark-to-photon fragmentation function a la Glover/Morgan and Frixiones cone isolation are employed. The calculation is available in the form of Monte Carlo programs allowing for the evaluation of arbitrary differential cross sections. Predictions for integrated cross sections are presented for the LHC at 7 TeV, 8 TeV, and 14 TeV, and differential distributions are discussed at 14 TeV for bare muons and dressed leptons. Finally, we consider the impact of anomalous $ZZgamma$ and $Zgammagamma$ couplings.

Results for the complete NLO electroweak corrections to Standard Model Higgs production via gluon fusion are included in the total cross section for hadronic collisions. Artificially large threshold effects are avoided working in the complex-mass sch eme. The numerical impact at LHC (Tevatron) energies is explored for Higgs mass values up to 500 GeV (200 GeV). Assuming a complete factorization of the electroweak corrections, one finds a +5 % shift with respect to the NNLO QCD cross section for a Higgs mass of 120 GeV both at the LHC and the Tevatron. Adopting two different factorization schemes for the electroweak effects, an estimate of the corresponding total theoretical uncertainty is computed.
We present Standard Model predictions for the complete set of phenomenologically relevant electroweak precision pseudo-observables related to the Z-boson: the leptonic and bottom-quark effective weak mixing angles $sin^2theta_{rm eff}^ell$, $sin^2the ta_{rm eff}^b$, the Z-boson partial decay widths $Gamma_f$, where $f$ indicates any charged lepton, neutrino and quark flavor (except for the top quark), as well as the total Z decay width $Gamma_Z$, the branching ratios $R_ell$, $R_c$, $R_b$, and the hadronic cross section $sigma_{rm had}^0$. The input parameters are the masses $M_Z$, $M_H$ and $m_t$, and the couplings $alpha_s$, $alpha$. The scheme dependence due to the choice of $M_W$ or its alternative $G_mu$ as a last input parameter is also discussed. Recent substantial technical progress in the calculation of Minkowskian massive higher-order Feynman integrals allows the calculation of the complete electroweak two-loop radiative corrections to all the observables mentioned. QCD contributions are included appropriately. Results are provided in terms of simple and convenient parameterization formulae whose coefficients have been determined from the full numerical multi-loop calculation. The size of the missing electroweak three-loop or QCD higher-order corrections is estimated. We briefly comment on the prospects for their calculation. Finally, direct predictions for the $Z{bar f}f$ vector and axial-vector form-factors are given, including a discussion of separate order-by-order contributions.
We calculate the full one-loop electroweak radiative corrections, of ${cal O}(alpha^2alpha_s)$, to the cross section of single $Z$-boson inclusive hadroproduction at finite transverse momentum ($p_T$). This includes the ${cal O}(alpha)$ corrections t o $Z+j$ production, the ${cal O}(alpha_s)$ corrections to $Z+gamma$ production, and certain QCD-electroweak interference contributions involving a single quark trace. We recover the QCD and purely weak corrections and study the QED corrections and the QCD-electroweak interference contributions for the first time. We also consider direct and resolved photoproduction in elastic and inelastic scattering. We present $p_T$ and rapidity distributions for the experimental conditions at the Fermilab Tevatron and the CERN LHC and assess the significance of the various contributions.
