The phase-integral approximation devised by Froman and Froman, is used for computing cosmological perturbations in the quartic chaotic inflationary model. The phase-integral formulas for the scalar power spectrum are explicitly obtained up to fifth order of the phase-integral approximation. As in previous reports [1-3], we point out that the accuracy of the phase-integral approximation compares favorably with the numerical results and those obtained using the slow-roll and uniform approximation methods.
We solve numerically the Einstein-Klein-Gordon system with spherical symmetry, for a massive real scalar field endowed with a quartic self-interaction potential, and obtain the so-called $Phi^4$-oscillatons which is the short name for oscillating sol
We present an analysis about the influence of an external magnetic field on renormalons in a self interacting theory $lambda phi ^{4}$. In the weak magnetic field region, using an appropriate expansion for the Schwinger propagators, we find new renor
In this article we extend a previous discussion about the influence of an external magnetic field on renormalons in a self interacting scalar theory by including now temperature effects, in the imaginary formalism, together with an external weak exte
The Constrained Effective Potential (CEP) is known to be equivalent to the usual Effective Potential (EP) in the infinite volume limit. We have carried out MonteCarlo calculations based on the two different definitions to get informations on finite s
We regularise the 3d lambda phi^4 model by discretising the Euclidean time and representing the spatial part on a fuzzy sphere. The latter involves a truncated expansion of the field in spherical harmonics. This yields a numerically tractable formula
