Effectiveness of Educational Games First-Grade Students' in the Achievement: An Experimental Study in the Governorate of Lattakia


Abstract in English

The research aimed to identify the difficulties facing the management of technological change in school libraries from the schools' librarian point of view in Lattakia city, and to identify the difference in their opinion according to variables (scientific qualification and years of experience).The research used the descriptive approach, and used a questionnaire has been included (48) items, included five fields: Difficulties (strategic, technological, human and financial, administrative, organizational) also studied their psychometric properties, and formed the sample of (118) Librarian, in first Cycle of Basic Education Schools in Lattakia city for the academic year 2020/2021. The researcher reached several results, the most important of which is: The difficulties of the facing the Management of Technological Change in School Libraries from the Schools' Librarian point of view in Lattakia City came to a high degree. There are statistically significant differences regarding with the difficulties facing the management of technological change in school libraries from the schools' librarian point of view in Lattakia city according to variable educational qualification in favor of the Education Preparation Diploma, No statistically significant differences regarding with the difficulties facing the management of technological change in school libra بألعاب تعليمية في الموضوعات المختلفة.This study seeks to identify the effectiveness of educational games in the achievement of students in the first grade. It adopts an experimental method. The sample consisted of (68) pupils from the first grade of basic schools in Jableh City, randomly selected during the first semester (2012/2013). To collect the data we used achievement test to measure the effectiveness of educational games in the development of some scientific concepts by students of the experimental group. Results revealed that there were differences between the averages of the experimental group and the control group averages. Students of the experimental group were more successful than control group. There were no differences between male and female experimental group. Results also demonstrated higher average grades by students in the experimental group in the past-test compared to their averages in pre-test. The research recommends use of educational games on different materials and for different grades. Textbooks should also be provided with educational toys in different subjects.ries from the schools' librarian point of view in Lattakia city according to variable experience.
