Here we present the latest results of the charged Lepton Flavor Violation process searches at the BESIII experiment in the decay of $J/psi$ to $emu$, using $(225.3pm2.8)times10^6$ $J/psi$ events collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. An upper limit on the branching fraction of $B(J/psi rightarrow emu)<1.6times10^{-7}$ (90$%$ C.L.) is obtained. The prospects and challenges with the future data are also discussed based on MC simulation.
The NA62 experiment will begin taking data in 2015. Its primary purpose is a 10% measurement of the branching ratio of the ultrarare kaon decay $K^+ to pi^+ u bar{ u }$, using the decay in flight of kaons in an unseparated beam with momentum 75 GeV/c.The detector and analysis technique are described here.

The BaBar detector and SLAC PEP-II asymmetric e+e- collider tuned to the Y(4s) resonance has collected around 23M B0 anti-B0 pairs in year 2000. The total data sample for run 1 is 20.7fb-1, using this data we present the study of sin2beta, with samples of B0 --> J/Psi KOS, B0 --> psi(2S) K0S and B0 --> J/Psi KOL decays. The measured value is sin2beta 0.34+/-0.20 (stat) +/- 0.05 (syst),. In addition, we present preliminary measurements of charged and neutral B meson lifetimes and B0-anti B0 oscillation frequency.
We present the current status of experimental results and prospects for the determination of CP and T violation in the charm sector. Such measurements have acquired renewed interest in recent years in view of theoretical work, which has highlighted the possibility to probe experimental signatures from New Physics beyond the Standard Model, since the effect of CP violation due to Standard Model processes is expected to be highly suppressed in D decays. The current limits of experimental sensitivities for these studies are reaching the interesting theoretical regimes. We include new measurements from the Belle, BABAR, and CLEO-c collaborations.
