In this paper, we study charged current deep inelastic scattering of muon neutrinos off ^{56}Fe nuclei using Hirai, Kumano and Saito model. The LHA Parton Distribution Functions (PDFs) - CT10 are used to describe the partonic content of hadrons. Modification of PDFs inside the nuclei is done using EPPS16 parameterization at next-to-leading order. Target mass correction has also been incorporated in the calculations. We calculate the structure functions (F_{2}(x,Q^{2}) and xF_{3}(x,Q^{2})), the ratios (R_{2}(x,Q^{2}) = frac{F^{^{56}Fe}_{2}}{F^{Nucleon}_{2}} and R_{3}(x,Q^{2}) = frac{F^{^{56}Fe}_{3}}{F^{Nucleon}_{3}}) and the differential cross sections of muon neutrino deep inelastic scattering off a nucleon and ^{56}Fe nuclei. We compare the obtained results with measured experimental data. The present theoretical approach gives a good description of data.

Precise measurements of charged-kaon multiplicities in deep inelastic scattering were performed. The results are presented in three-dimensional bins of the Bjorken scaling variable x, the relative virtual-photon energy y, and the fraction z of the virtual-photon energy carried by the produced hadron. The data were obtained by the COMPASS Collaboration by scattering 160 GeV muons off an isoscalar 6 LiD target. They cover the kinematic domain 1 (GeV/c)2 < Q2 < 60 (GeV/c)^2 in the photon virtuality, 0.004 < x < 0.4, 0.1 < y < 0.7, 0.20 < z < 0.85, and W > 5 GeV/c^2 in the invariant mass of the hadronic system. The results from the sum of the z-integrated K+ and K- multiplicities at high x point to a value of the non-strange quark fragmentation function larger than obtained by the earlier DSS fit.

We derive for deep-inelastic neutrino-proton scattering in the combination nu P - nubar P the perturbative QCD corrections to three loops for the charged current structure functions F_2, F_L and F_3. In leading twist approximation we calculate the first five odd-integer Mellin moments in the case of F_2 and F_L and the first five even-integer moments in the case of F_3. As a new result we obtain the coefficient functions to O(alpha_s^3) while the corresponding anomalous dimensions agree with known results in the literature.
In this work, we study charged current quasi elastic scattering of muon anti-neutrino off nucleon and nucleus using a formalism based on Llewellyn Smith (LS) model. Parameterizations by Galster et al. are used for electric and magnetic Sachs form factors of nucleons. We use Fermi gas model along with Pauli suppression condition to take into account the nuclear effects in anti-neutrino - nucleus QES. We calculate muon anti-neutrino-p and muon anti-neutrino-^{12}C charged current quasi elastic scattering differential and total cross sections for different values of axial mass M_{A} and compare the results with data from GGM, SKAT, BNL, NOMAD, MINERvA and MiniBooNE experiments. The present theoretical approach gives an excellent description of differential cross section data. The calculations with axial mass M_{A} = 0.979 and 1.05 GeV are compatible with data from most of the experiments.
Charm production in charged current deep inelastic scattering has been measured for the first time in $e^{pm}p$ collisions, using data collected with the ZEUS detector at HERA, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $358 pb^{-1}$. Results are presented separately for $e^{+}p$ and $e^{-}p$ scattering at a centre-of-mass energy of $sqrt{s} = 318 GeV$ within a kinematic phase-space region of $200 GeV^{2}<Q^{2}<60000 GeV^{2}$ and $y<0.9$, where $Q^{2}$ is the squared four-momentum transfer and $y$ is the inelasticity. The measured cross sections of electroweak charm production are consistent with expectations from the Standard Model within the large statistical uncertainties.

The production of jets in charged current deep inelastic scattering (CC DIS) constitutes a class of observables that can be used to simultaneously test perturbative predictions for the strong and the electroweak sectors of the Standard Model. We compute both single jet and di-jet production in CC DIS for the first time at next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) in the strong coupling. Our computation is fully differential in the jet and lepton kinematics, and we observe a substantial reduction of scale variation uncertainties in the NNLO predictions compared to next-to-leading order (NLO). Our calculation will prove essential for full exploitation of data at a possible future LHeC collider.
