We study Green functions for stationary Stokes systems satisfying the conormal derivative boundary condition. We establish existence, uniqueness, and various estimates for the Green function under the assumption that weak solutions of the Stokes system are continuous in the interior of the domain. Also, we establish the global pointwise bound for the Green function under the additional assumption that weak solutions of the conormal derivative problem for the Stokes system are locally bounded up to the boundary. We provide some examples satisfying such continuity and boundedness properties.

We prove the solvability in Sobolev spaces of the conormal derivative problem for the stationary Stokes system with irregular coefficients on bounded Reifenberg flat domains. The coefficients are assumed to be merely measurable in one direction, which may differ depending on the local coordinate systems, and have small mean oscillations in the other directions. In the course of the proof, we use a local version of the Poincare inequality on Reifenberg flat domains, the proof of which is of independent interest.
We study Green functions for the pressure of stationary Stokes systems in a (possibly unbounded) domain $Omegasubset mathbb{R}^d$, where $dge 2$. We construct the Green function when coefficients are merely measurable in one direction and have Dini mean oscillation in the other directions, and $Omega$ is such that the divergence equation is solvable there. We also establish global pointwise bounds for the Green function and its derivatives when coefficients have Dini mean oscillation and $Omega$ has a $C^{1,rm{Dini}}$ boundary. Green functions for the flow velocity of Stokes systems are also considered.
We prove the existence and pointwise bounds of the Green functions for stationary Stokes systems with measurable coefficients in two dimensional domains. We also establish pointwise bounds of the derivatives of the Green functions under a regularity assumption on the $L_1$-mean oscillations of the coefficients.

We prove the unique solvability of solutions in Sobolev spaces to the stationary Stokes system on a bounded Reifenberg flat domain when the coefficients are partially BMO functions, i.e., locally they are merely measurable in one direction and have small mean oscillations in the other directions. Using this result, we establish the unique solvability in Muckenhoupt type weighted Sobolev spaces for the system with partially BMO coefficients on a Reifenberg flat domain. We also present weighted a priori $L_q$-estimates for the system when the domain is the whole Euclidean space or a half space.

We study the stationary Stokes system with variable coefficients in the whole space, a half space, and on bounded Lipschitz domains. In the whole and half spaces, we obtain a priori $dot W^1_q$-estimates for any $qin [2,infty)$ when the coefficients are merely measurable functions in one fixed direction. For the system on bounded Lipschitz domains with a small Lipschitz constant, we obtain a $W^1_q$-estimate and prove the solvability for any $qin (1,infty)$ when the coefficients are merely measurable functions in one direction and have locally small mean oscillations in the orthogonal directions in each small ball, where the direction is allowed to depend on the ball.
