Latest LHCb measurements of $CP$ violation in the interference between mixing and decay are presented based on $pp$ collision data collected during LHC Run I, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $3.0, {rm fb}^{-1}$. Approximately $27, 000$ $B_s^0to J/psi pi^+pi^-$ signal events are used to make what is at the moment the most precise single measurement of the $CP$-violating phase in $bto cbar{c}s$ transitions, $phi_s^{cbar{c}s}=0.070pm0.068{rm (stat.)}pm0.008{rm (syst.)}$ rad. The most accurate measurement of the $CP$-violating phase in $bto sbar{s}s$ transitions, $phi_s^{sbar{s}s}$, is found from approximately $4, 000$ $B_s^0to phiphi$ signal events to be $phi_s^{sbar{s}s}=-0.17pm{rm (stat.)}0.15pm0.03{rm (syst.)}$ rad.

A measurement of the decay time dependent CP-violating asymmetry in $B_s^0 to phiphi$ decays is presented, along with measurements of the $T$-odd triple-product asymmetries. In this decay channel, the CP-violating weak phase arises from the interference between $B_s^0$-$bar{B}_s^0$ mixing and the loop-induced decay amplitude. Using a sample of proton-proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $3.0, fb^{-1}$ collected with the LHCb detector, a signal yield of approximately 4000 $B_s^0 to phiphi$ decays is obtained. The CP-violating phase is measured to be ${phi_s =-0.17pm0.15mathrm{,(stat)}pm0.03mathrm{,(syst)}}$ rad. The triple-product asymmetries are measured to be ${A_U=-0.003pm0.017mathrm{,(stat)}pm0.006mathrm{,(syst)}}$ and ${A_V=-0.017pm0.017mathrm{,(stat)}pm0.006mathrm{,(syst)}}$. Results are consistent with the hypothesis of CP conservation.

The time-dependent $CP$ asymmetry in $B_s^0 to J/psi K^+K^-$ decays is measured using $pp$ collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $3.0$fb$^{-1}$, collected with the LHCb detector at centre-of-mass energies of $7$ and $8$TeV. In a sample of 96 000 $B_s^0 to J/psi K^+K^-$ decays, the $CP$-violating phase $phi_s$ is measured, as well as the decay widths $Gamma_{L}$ and $Gamma_{H}$ of the light and heavy mass eigenstates of the $B_s^0-bar{B}_s^0$ system. The values obtained are $phi_s = -0.058 pm 0.049 pm 0.006$ rad, $Gamma_s equiv (Gamma_{L}+Gamma_{H})/2 = 0.6603 pm 0.0027 pm 0.0015$ps$^{-1}$, and$DeltaGamma_s equiv Gamma_{L} - Gamma_{H} = 0.0805 pm 0.0091 pm 0.0032$ps$^{-1}$, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. These are the most precise single measurements of those quantities to date. A combined analysis with $B_s^{0} to J/psi pi^+pi^-$ decays gives $phi_s = -0.010 pm 0.039 $rad. All measurements are in agreement with the Standard Model predictions. For the first time the phase $phi_s$ is measured independently for each polarisation state of the $K^+K^- $ system and shows no evidence for polarisation dependence.
We search for CP violation in neutral charm meson decays using a data sample with an integrated luminosity of 966 fb^-1 collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB e+e- asymmetric-energy collider. The asymmetry obtained in the rate of D^0 and D^0-bar decays to the pi^0 pi^0 final state, [-0.03+-0.64(stat)+-0.10(syst)]%, is consistent with no CP violation. This constitutes an order of magnitude improvement over the existing result. We also present an updated measurement of the CP asymmetry in the D^0 -> K_S pi^0 decay: A_{CP}(D^0 -> K_S pi^0) = [-0.21+-0.16(stat)+-0.07(syst)]%.

B mesons provide an ideal laboratory for measurements of CP violation and searches for CP violation beyond the Standard Model. Recent measurements of the mixing phases of the $B_s^0$ and $B^0$ mesons, $phi_s$ and $sin2beta$, using decays to $J/psi X$ final states are presented. In view of future improved measurements, a good understanding of pollution from sub-leading penguin topologies in these decays is needed. Those can be probed using suppressed decays like $B_s^0 to J/psi K_S^0$ and $B_s^0 to J/psi overline{K}^{*0}$. Recent results using these decay modes are presented.
The time-dependent CP asymmetry in B_s^0to J/psi K^+K^- decays is measured using $pp$ collision data at sqrt{s}=7TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0fb^-1, collected with the LHCb detector. The decay time distribution is characterised by the decay widths Gamma_L and Gamma_H of the light and heavy mass eigenstates of the B_s^0--bar{B}_s^0 system and by a CP-violating phase phi_s. In a sample of 27,617 B_s^0to J/psi K^+K^- decays, where the dominant contribution comes from B_s^0to J/psiphi decays, these parameters are measured to be phi_s = 0.07 pm 0.09 (stat) pm 0.01 (syst) rad, Gamma_s equiv (Gamma_L+Gamma_H)/2 = 0.663 pm 0.005 (stat) pm 0.006 (syst) ps^-1, DeltaGamma_s equiv Gamma_L -Gamma_H = 0.100 pm 0.016 (stat) pm 0.003 (syst) & ps^-1, corresponding to the single most precise determination of phi_s, DeltaGamma_s and Gamma_s. The result of performing a combined analysis with B_s^{0} to J/psi pi^+pi^- decays gives phi_s = 0.01 pm 0.07 (stat) pm 0.01 (syst) rad, Gamma_s = 0.661 pm 0.004 (stat) pm 0.006 (syst) ps^-1, DeltaGamma_s = 0.106 pm 0.011 (stat) pm 0.007 (syst) & ps^-1. All measurements are in agreement with the Standard Model predictions.
