We write down explicit expressions for the $x$-evolution (equivalent to energy or rapidity evolution) of $2 n$ ($n = 1, 2, ...$) Wilson lines using the JIMWLK equation and the Color Glass Condensate formalism. We investigate the equation in the weak gluon field limit (linear regime) by expanding the Wilson lines in powers of the gluon field and show that it reduces to the BJKP equation describing the evolution of a state of $2 n$ Reggeized gluons with energy. We also make available for download a {it Mathematica} program which provides this expression for any value of $n$.

We present a method to include colour-suppressed effects in the Mueller dipole picture. The model consistently includes saturation effects both in the evolution of dipoles and in the interactions of dipoles with a target in a frame-independent way. When implemented in a Monte Carlo simulation together with our previous model of energy--momentum conservation and a simple dipole description of initial state protons and virtual photons, the model is able to reproduce to a satisfactory degree both the gamma*-p cross sections as measured at HERA as well as the total p-p cross section all the way from ISR energies to the Tevatron and beyond.
We investigate the Wilson line correlators dual to supergravity multiplets in N=4 non-commutative gauge theory on S^2 x S^2. We find additional non-analytic contributions to the correlators due to UV/IR mixing in comparison to ordinary gauge theory. Although they are no longer BPS off shell, their renormalization effects are finite as long as they carry finite momenta. We propose a renormalization procedure to obtain local operators with no anomalous dimensions in perturbation theory. We reflect on our results from dual supergravity point of view. We show that supergravity can account for both IR and UV/IR contributions.
We study the two-point function of the stress-tensor multiplet of $mathcal{N}=4$ SYM in the presence of a line defect. To be more precise, we focus on the single-trace operator of conformal dimension two that sits in the $20$ irrep of the $mathfrak{so}(6)_text{R}$ R-symmetry, and add a Maldacena-Wilson line to the configuration which makes the two-point function non-trivial. We use a combination of perturbation theory and defect CFT techniques to obtain results up to next-to-leading order in the coupling constant. Being a defect CFT correlator, there exist two (super)conformal block expansions which capture defect and bulk data respectively. We present a closed-form formula for the defect CFT data, which allows to write an efficient Taylor series for the correlator in the limit when one of the operators is close to the line. The bulk channel is technically harder and closed-form formulae are particularly challenging to obtain, nevertheless we use our analysis to check against well-known data of $mathcal{N}=4$ SYM. In particular, we recover the correct anomalous dimensions of a famous tower of twist-two operators (which includes the Konishi multiplet), and successfully compare the one-point function of the stress-tensor multiplet with results obtained using matrix-model techniques.
We determine the continuum limit of the curvature of the pseudocritical line of QCD with $n_f$=2+1 staggered fermions at nonzero temperature and quark density. We perform Monte Carlo simulations at imaginary baryon chemical potentials, adopting the HISQ/tree action discretization, as implemented in the code by the MILC collaboration. Couplings are adjusted so as to move on a line of constant physics, as determined in Ref.~cite{Bazavov:2011nk}, with the strange quark mass $m_s$ fixed at its physical value and a light-to-strange mass ratio $m_l/m_s=1/20$. The chemical potential is set at the same value for the three quark species, $mu_l=mu_sequiv mu$. We attempt an extrapolation to the continuum using the results on lattices with temporal size up to $L_t=12$. Our estimate for the continuum value of the curvature $kappa$ at zero baryon density, $kappa=0.020(4)$, is compared with recent lattice results and with experimental determinations of the freeze-out curve.
We obtain the perturbative expansion of the free energy on $S^4$ for four dimensional Lagrangian ${cal N}=2$ superconformal field theories, to all orders in the t Hooft coupling, in the planar limit. We do so by using supersymmetric localization, after rewriting the 1-loop factor as an effective action involving an infinite number of single and double trace terms. The answer we obtain is purely combinatorial, and involves a sum over tree graphs. We also apply these methods to the perturbative expansion of the free energy at finite $N$, and to the computation of the vacuum expectation value of the 1/2 BPS circular Wilson loop, which in the planar limit involves a sum over rooted tree graphs.
