The study aimed to identify the main obstacles to effective communication in the classroom from the view point of class teachers in addition to knowing the difference between the views of the teachers of the class in relation to the obstacles of effective communication depending on the study variables (sex .qualification of education, teaching experience and that from the view point of class teachers in schools of the First Cycle Of basic education of governorate Damascus.
