Study of the chemical content of Mullein

Abstract in English

The chemical content of Verbascum densiflorum beertol, Verbascum thapasus L and Verbascum nigrum L was studied from amino acids and sugars. The duration of these materials in the branches and plant flowers was determined and the relative proportions of these compounds were determined by using the thin layer chromatography methods(TLC) and the highly efficient liquid chromatography( HPLC).
