Histologic Evaluation of Healing Process in the Alveolar Socket After Tooth Extraction With Ridge Preservation Using Coralline Hydroxyapatite

Aim of this study: to investigate if there is any difference in the amount of new bone formation 4 months after extraction and ridge preservation compared to that after 6 months, Using Coralline hydroxyapatite as a bone substitute.
