Abstract in English
The objective of the present research to reveal the relationship of
training courses attended by the first episode of basic education,
teacher in-service in possession of the necessary competencies and
direction for teaching about this profession. Through recognition to
the concept of in-service training, and knowledge of aspects of
teaching skills needed for basic education teacher first episode.
