In-service training courses and their relationship with the effectiveness of basic education and teacher attitudes towards the teaching profession


Abstract in English

The objective of the present research to reveal the relationship of training courses attended by the first episode of basic education, teacher in-service in possession of the necessary competencies and direction for teaching about this profession. Through recognition to the concept of in-service training, and knowledge of aspects of teaching skills needed for basic education teacher first episode.
