Determination of phenolic content and antioxidant activity of Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare ) in Homs - Syria


Abstract in English

The aim of this study was to determine the phenolic content in the fruit, leaf and root samples of the fennel plant and in the fruit samples from several different areas, and then to determine the antioxidant capacity of these samples.
