Abstract The provision of health services indispensable to the process of population development, particularly in developing countries, since they must be of the development process be accompanied by a parallel health services aimed at improving the characteristics of the population by providing prevention and treatment. The aim of this research study the reality of health services and the reality of population development in Syria and the study of the relationship between them so we made in the second quarter review of literature of the concept of health services, and then studied the evolution of these services in Syria in four areas: prevention services, treatment, health workforce, health economics. In the third chapter we dealt with a review of literature of the concept of population development and population policies and then studied the reality of some of the population development indicators in Syria: the rate of population growth, the crude birth rate, total fertility rate, the crude mortality rate, infant mortality rate, the mortality rate of children under five years, life expectancy at birth. In the fourth quarter we down sample health services variables in a smaller number of variables method using factor analysis (Factor analysis) where we have introduced in the analysis of fifteen variables and we got the three factors represent health services and we reduce to call it by a factor of health factors and to tunnels preventive services worker and worker hospitals. The same applies to the variables of population development where we reduce seven variables of population development in the factors we reduce a designation by a factor of infant mortality and fertility factor .And then we studied the relationship between the factors from the health services as independent variables and factors derived population development as a subsidiary of variables using multiple linear regression method and we got a result, the athletes on the two models represent the relationship between health services and population development in Syria.
