Engineering Geological Properties of rocks of Bradon region

Abstract in English

Engineering Geology can be considered as one of the most modern sciences concerning the study of rocks in general, as it combines both mechanics: geology and science of soil, It uses both these sciences in the field of knowledge of all properties of rocks, and at the same time to address the problems that we face in harnessing and adapting the modern engineering possibilities while confronting the problems that we face during the construction of facilities at the same disproportionate properties and construction work, such as injections and retaining walls and rock reinforcement to avoid collapses ... etc. This paper discusses the study of engineering of geological characteristics of the loose rocks, considering as an example: (Braddon dam) region.
