Study the Effect of Speed card on the web quality Produced from of the Syrian Cotton

This experimental study aims to improve the quality of carded web on advanced carding machine in Syrian spinning society. The Effect of Speed of card on the web quality Statistically analysed, the data indicate that all main parameters studied have an influence on web quality. Furthermore it has been shown that there is a strong correlation between the incident of neps and the increasing in the short fiber content during increasing speed carding Subsequently increase speed of card hasan effect negative on Mechanical properties that are usualy the major contributer on the yarn quality and its commercial value.
