The evaluation of training programs for Teachers during the service by the first period school system teachers' point of view in the primary learning period in Damascus

The aim of the research is presenting to show the evaluation degree of the first Round teachers' in the primary learning period in Damascus according to the programs which is presented during the during the service in the fields of ( the planning and arranging for the training programs- the continent of training programs - evaluate the training programs) and to discover the differences between the average of the answers of the group members in the previons fields, due to the variable of the number of experience number of the years and qualifications .
