The study aimed at revealing the role of educational guidance in solving the problems of secondary school teachers from their point of view according to gender variables, years of experience and scientific qualification. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method based on a questionnaire which included three main axes consisting of (27) The field of professional problems included (10) paragraphs, and the field of social problems: It included (8) paragraphs, and the field of psychological problems: It included (9) paragraphs The original society of the study consisted of all secondary school teachers in the city of Hama, (100) teacher and school were selected random way.
