Occupational stress and its relationship of the psychological security among the nursing staff in the province of Al- Sweida

This study aimed to identify the relationship of occupational stress and psychological security among the nursing staff in the province of Al-Sweida, and detect gender differences in performance on the Standards of professional pressures and psychological security, and to achieve the objectives of the study were applied to the sample composed of 96 male and female nurses in a number of the hospitals and the health centers in province Al-Sweida, and the use of computer software spss 20 to extract arithmetic means , variances and correlation coefficients.
