Aim of the research to teaching performance assessment for teachers of Arabic language at the secondary level in the light of the efficiencies creative teaching reading, and the sample was (15) teachers, the researcher used to it a list of 37 skill, and adopted Find the descriptive approach in determining the competencies of teaching necessary teacher Arabic language for the development of creative reading skills, and the basis of which was the note card teacher performance to evaluate the performance of the Arabic language teachers level in the light of these competencies design, and research found to double the possession of the Arabic language teachers (sample) for the efficiencies of teaching needed to develop the creative skills of reading, it has averaged the overall performance of the Arabic language teachers (sample) in all teaching competencies contained in the note card (1.35), which shows the weakness of possessing the skills of creative reading.
