Quality Of Life Of Workers In Special Education Institutes And Effect In The Degree Of Job Satisfaction


Abstract in English

The research aims to identify the impact of quality of life among workers in state special education institutes in the degree of job satisfaction, and the disclosure of the differences they have in the quality of life and the degree of job satisfaction, according to the variable years of experience, reaching the research sample size (193) factor and running, selected sample intended manner of government special education institutes in the province of Damascus, and dish them scale quality of life and job satisfaction (the researcher), and after of validity and reliability.
