The research work based on an economical study on sugarbeet crop in Deir Ezzor during the period (١٩٨٠–١٩٩٦) and the prospective horizons of it through the cultivated area, yield and total production in order to know the extent of cultivation development and the factors influencing this crop. Results showed that the area under sugarbeet was unstable which negatively reflected on the yield and production during the studied period. However, these changes were not important statistically for the cultivated area (non-significant regression), while the regression was significant for the yield and production. The results also showed the presence of negative relation between the area and productivity of this crop.
